The idea for this is that it is pre-timeskip and focuses on Team 7 (Sasuke, Sakura, Naruto and Kakashi sensei) getting a mission to go to another dimension and assist a man who has been trained in every martial art that exists there and is a strategist who could rival Shikamaru. Yet this man dresses as a frightening bat and assaults and pulverizes criminals and corrupt policemen! They are to assist this Bruce Wayne in his Batman vigilantism..but are warned Batman has a no-kill rule!
