So, this thread is well overdue. It was brought to my attention that one has not been done this year, so I figured I would throw one up and see what happens.

How many CFers are participating in NaNo this year? Normally we have a few people participating but I know lately a lot of people have been busy, for one reason or another. I have a hard time sticking to it, so I haven't attempted in a awhile and likely won't be participating this year either.

What are you planning on writing, if you are participating?

How many NaNo novels have you completed?

Against my better judgement, I'll be participating!

Currently, and it is subject to change half way through the month I'm looking at writing a fanfic again. It's a past history sort of story of a character from a show I've recently fallen in love with. 1930s-40s era, mafia family, everything that follows. If it ends up anything like last year it will be main Nano + several other side projects

I've successfully done 4 Nanowrimos, 3 on my current account and one on an old account. The last 2 years have been triple Nanos with word counts in the 160,000 mark. This year I'm wanting to go for 200,000+, we'll see how that goes

NaNo check-in! I'm at 7.4k right now, but I am drastically behind on my word count today, coming in at just under 500 words. However as I write this, it is only 8:30pm so the night is still young. Wish me luck.

Definitely not going to reach goal this years, but, considering this is far more than I wrote last year and I'll at least be writing more... yeah, calling it a win.
