I purposely stretched the rumours of usa being involved in this kinda research a bit to fit into this setting. I still find it better than making up some kind of sketchy research he was involved in. Sure I am fine with stretching some stuff like the time as well
btw I purposely made the acronym as stupid as possible, but if you have any better ideas it's welcome ^^
