After Charles gets dropped off in his new home at the containment facility, he begins to regain his awareness, and starts looking around the room. He immediately notices that it's mostly see through other than the door and the framing which is some kind of reinforced plastic compound that cannot conduct anyform of electricity. He does attempt to focus but can’t feel anything other than his own nervous system electricity wise. He does notice many other cells in the larger room but only his and two other cells actually have people in them. He gets up from the standard padded bed that all the cells have and looks around trying to get a better sense for the other prisoners in his block.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

After observing the transfer of the prisoner to the transport Dominic follows the transport truck back to the containment facility and enters the Agent area barracks area finding a corner before disengaging from his suit. He would step out of his suit after it opens and powers down to standby power mode. Dominic would put an earpiece in to allow communication with Jack, and to allow other comms from his suit to be routed to him. He would check in and would ask to see the file on the electric they just brought in. Karina being the arresting agent having signed responsibility over to Deputy Dominic. After receiving the file Dominic heads up to observation of the cell block where Charles is being held and would begin to read over the file as he looks down at the cell where he is being held. Dominic Looks at the photo of his suspected target from what the techs pulled from his device and froze as he recognizes the man in the photo. The picture is his Brother, who works at a lab that rivaled the institute that Dominic used to work for.

"Fifteen, his birthday is coming up in a couple weeks." Sabina says pausing for second before opening the door to her home. Her parents were away at their respective jobs her father being a nuclear scientist working at the Scarlet City Institute and her mother working as a biology professor at Scarlet City college. Sabina called a greeting out to her brother getting a halfhearted response over the sound of the latest shooter game. Sabine walked up to her bedroom after taking her shoes off. Inside there were few references to he more nerdy side but they were there. Most of her decor showed boy bands and whatever was all the rage at school.

“What’s going on?” Billy Reynolds shouted over the claxon and alert intercom announcements as he emerged from a small side corridor and into one of the main artery hallways of the containment facility. A team of other facility guards were passing the intersection as he arrived so he joined them as they jogged towards ECU-2.
“No idea,” one of them barked, his voice slightly muffled behind the riot duty helmet worn by the whole six man group. On top of their regular FSA uniform, they had all donned riot gear as soon as the alarms started blaring, and each guard cradled a rifle. “We lost contact with ECU Three and Four immediately, now Two. he said. Billy didn’t recognise the hoarse voice, and due to the flickering red emergency lights he couldn’t see past the visor. Billy briefly let his mind wander as he fell in with the team. ECU units were specifically designed to contain powered criminals that could draw on any kind of powersource, and as such were completely cut off from the rest of the facilities systems. Conductive materials weren’t even allowed in those units. He couldn’t imagine how a prisoner could escape from one, let alone two separate incidents occurring in such quick succession. Maybe it was just a system failure?
“Jesus…” Someone blurted out as they turned a corner, interrupting Billy’s thoughts and dispelling all possibility of a system failure. He searched around to see what had drawn the remark and it didn’t take long for him to notice the body up ahead.
“What the hell happened here?” A female guard asked with a trembling voice. A guard lay slumped against the wall, a streak of blood painted on the white plaster. A football sized crater lay where his rib cage should have been.
There were others further down the corridors - black heaps and splashes of red on the otherwise sterile tones of the facility's floors and walls. One of the other’s got sick, adding to the gore and bile of death that already covered the floor. Billy almost vomited as well, but when the squad’s leader started moving again, so did he.
They trudged down the corridor, unable to look away from the deformed corpses as they were bathed in the red glow of the emergency lights that sporadically lined the corridor. Gunfire echoed towards them, almost deafening as it echoed in the enclosed corridor. It started with a single shot, but quickly resumed and crescendoed in a torrent of fire before stopping suddenly.
They all rounded the last corner before ECU-2, but stopped as soon as the carnage was revealed by the dim cast of crimson light. Easily twenty bodies, missing arms, legs, heads, were slumped against the walls, each other, or simply lay on the floor in their own blood. A man stood amongst the dead, next to him lay a large metal briefcase. He wasn’t unusually tall, but was incredibly broad shouldered. He wore black military boots, now slick with blood, and a dark green jumpsuit the top half of which hung at his waist revealing his upper body. His skin was almost a charred grey, coarse and paper thin, revealing striated muscles and grotesque vascularity in the absence of body fat. His biceps looked like they were about to rip open, while his striated chest muscles rippled in spasm even as he stood still. Separated deltoid muscles gave way to mountainous traps. His torso was spotted by patches of severe scarring as well as dark circles that were more numerous on his shoulders, traps and cobbled back. A rugged buzzcut kept a few uneven patches of hair at the back of his head as stubble, while there were hardly any traces of eyebrows or eyelashes on his scarred face. His irises were dark, surrounded by bloodshot yellow. The rest of his face was sunken and skeletal, featuring prominent cheekbones and protruding eye sockets. His chapped and split slips were crossed by dark scars or tattoos that were reminiscent of a skull's teeth.
His eyes flickered to the team as they arrived. He turned to face them stiffly, as though his monstrous traps, neck and head could not move independently. He held the guards in his dark gaze for a moment, an irritated expression forming on his fiendish face, before starting to walk towards them with slow, heavy steps.
Billy was frozen for what seemed like minutes as he took in the full extent of the carnage that lay before him. The man slowly walked towards them. Behind him lay the large double doors to ECU-2, unopened thus far.
“Take him out!” Someone screamed, and they were jolted out of the horrific trance that gripped them. They all raised their rifles and began firing at the approaching man, Billy included. The torrent of gunfire that resounded through the narrow corridor was deafening, like a thunderstorm contained in a single room. After a few seconds it began to die down. But, even as each weapon unloaded it's magazine the man continued - unperturbed.
Billy was sprayed with blood as the man reached the first of them and with a single swing sent a guard to the ground without his jaw. They each fell in quick succession, some disemboweled by stabbing strikes of his fists, others simply hurled into walls with sickening crunches. Billy didn’t even have time to think of his kids before he was slammed into the ground with enough force to make his lifeless corpse bounce.

Garrison walked away from the pile of bodies at the end of the corridor, returning to where he had left the large metal briefcase he had entered with. Picking it up, he stepped over the various dead people who had gotten in way. He had tried two other ECU units before this one, and neither of them had what he was looking for. Standing in front of the large double doors that led to the unit, he punched a fist through the steel, using only a fraction of the kinetic energy he had absorbed thanks to the guards and their useless guns. He wasn’t exactly invulnerable, but as long as he absorbed incrementally larger amounts of force he could withstand insane amounts of damage without so much as flinching. Since his powers became apparent, he had been practically unstoppable - well, almost.
“F*cking b*tch.” He muttered as he tore a hole in the doors with a burned and scarred arm, the steel crumpling like paper. He stepped through the ruined doors, and then made his way through the small airlock-like entryway that served to disconnect the containment unit from the rest of the facility. The interior of the containment unit was made of non conductive materials, as such the cells had translucent walls, bordered by some kind of plastic compound frames. A few of the cells had occupants, who stared at Garrison with a mixture of curiosity and fear. He was used to seeing that reaction, so ignored them, making his way to one particular cell. The prisoner had been there less than a day, and he was the reason Garrison had been instructed to break into the state's top super containment facility. He stared at the occupant before placing his briefcase on the floor. Opening the metal container he withdrew a syringe and a vial. He held both in one scarred, shaking hand before ripping open the cell's door with the other.
“Do what I tell you and you can leave.” Garrison growled. His voice sounded like an anvil being dragged across gravel. “Now hold out your arm.” He added, and fixed Charles with a look that made it clear he wouldn’t think twice about smashing his head against the cell wall if he resisted.

Kira timidly crossed the threshold of Sabina’s home, following suit and slipping her converse off. She quickly took in the spacious entryway before climbing the stairs behind Sabina. She could hear Sabina’s younger brother playing and idly wondered if it was a game she also had. Despite not favouring first-person-shooters, Kira still enjoyed the thrill found in the genre from time to time - and was pretty good at them if she did say so herself.
“So, your parents are like, scientists or something, right?” Kira asked after clearing her throat. She dredged up the memory of hearing about them in class sometime during a stupid exercise some freshly qualified teacher came up with to try to “get to know” her new students. The exercise probably only stuck out in her recollection because the thought of having to talk about her own parents in front of the class caused her to make a rapid escape to the bathroom. Kira shyly stood just inside the door to Sabina’s bedroom, her hands fidgeting at her sides as she glanced around at the decorations and details of the room, appreciating some of the nerdier items referencing pop culture as well as music choice.

Casey mounted his jet-bike and rode off to the bad side of town. Answering calls and assisting the local cops Casey found himself dealing with things that seemed trivial to him. There weren't bigger fish to fry just petty crime today a seeming lull in sudden spring of chaos and crime from the early spring. What had required resources from across the state seemed to finally be dying down as things were brought under control. There was no love for Casey as most people around him ignored him when he passed by. The crime in the area had made life worse the folks who found themselves impoverished living in this area of the city. Casey helped catch a running purse thief for a pair of police officers tackling the man and hand cuffing him. Casey's jet bike spun round and landed nearby as Casey read the thief his rights. The cops caught up and opened the back of an old crown victoria watching Casey take the criminal with almost no struggle. Putting the criminal in the back Casey exchanged a little bit of **** talk before the tones dropped and they all went silent. Without hesitating Casey handed them the purse and ran to his jet-bike leaping on it as took off towards him.

Karina drove her father in the agency car to Super Containment facility enjoying her time sparse time to be with one of her only living family members. Her father talked with her with joy being glad that he had gotten her back after the divorce and when she went bad. He couldn't be more proud of her and how she had fully realized her potential. As they were halfway there they heard the tones go off over the radio. Karina hit the lights and sirens while she stepped on the gas. Dr.Mieszaniec's mind raced to his patient hoping that the power to his dormitory wouldn't be cut.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"You could say that. You can come in." Sabina says jumping on her bed. Sabina sat there gazing at Kira with a grin. She then asked, "how did you meet Casey? My parents always had access to the FSA so when they learned I had powers they let me get evaluated." Sabina didn't know everything her parents did but she was kinda sad that they didn't want her to become a super agent like she did.

As the alarm starts to go off, Dominic drops the inmate folder and his files and runs back to his suit. As he is making his way back to where his suit is stored, he taps on his earpiece, “Jack, initiate power up sequence.” “Yes sir. Powering up all main systems and bringing defensive systems online, awaiting pilot.”
After making it back to the room, the suit opens up from the back and allows Dominic to get in. He rushes back over to ECU 2 that was just lost scanning the bodies of the FSA guards that were lost. Dominic gets to the ECU to see the door smashed in. He turns on his helmet lights and looks to see the mangled garrison. “Oh, common can’t you stay dead?” Dominic says as he gets to a better fighting position.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Charles, seeing the look on Garrison’s face, he holds out his arm, “what is this?” he asks Garrison, before hearing Dominic enter the room. AS Dominic moves into the room Charles begins feeling the massive energy source as he mentally reaches out and finds the small Thorium Reactor located in the back of the armor’s torso.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dominic Now at a better position takes out his high power revolver and with the suits aiming assistance begins firing at Garrison.

“I’m going to break you out, but first - I need your blood.[/colo[color=#004000]r]” Garrison growled, grabbing Charles’ wrist with a vice grip while totally ignoring the sounds of Dominic entering ECU-2. Garrison’s scarred hand brought the syringe closer to Charles’ exposed forearm, a slight tremble causing the needle tip to wobble back and forth as it approached bare skin.
Suddenly the containment cell was bathed in light, casting Garrison and Charles’ shadows through the containment unit amongst bizarre prismatic refractions as Dominic’s lights bent and bounced through the dozen or so transparent cells.
Garrison turned to observe the armour-clad figure, his whole torso rotating due to a seemingly rigid neck.
“Who the fu-” He began, cut off as Dominic opened fire with his sidearm. Two bullets were spat out and hit Garrison centre mass, slamming into his abdominal muscles before falling to the ground - robbed of their momentum. The following shots flew wide as Garrison quickly turned, pulling Charles’ with him so that he came to a stop in Garrison’s shadow, shielded from further fire for the time being. Garrison roughly stuck the needle into Charles' arm, and began drawing blood as quickly as possible.
Garrison didn’t recognise the suit as one of the Heroes currently working in Scarlet City. His incursion into this facility was supposed to be at a time that would let him tear through the facility without interference from any super - not that Garrison minded facing off against any of the FSA agents currently in the city. However, to carry out a jailbreak, even Garrison saw the reason behind his benefactor choosing a time when he would be uncontested by another super. This man in a suit was a surprise, and Garrison had a habit of crushing surprises.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Kira took a few steps forward into the room, eventually smiling back at Sabina whose own sparkly grin was practically contagious. Kira’s shy demeanor was somewhat thawed out by that warm, affectionate smile, and she felt more comfortable as she came to a stop a few feet in front of Sabina’s bed.
“How did you meet Casey?” Sabina asked before adding, “My parents always had access to the FSA so when they learned I had powers they let me get evaluated.”
“I-” Kira began to respond, surprised by the question, “Well…”
Kira sat in the dark hugging her knees, shivering in the cold. Her grimy school uniform was soaked, drops of water from above rolled down her face and slowly added to the dank pool she crouched in alongside all the others.
“Well, it was earlier this year.”
They were told to get up and walk. Kira’s drenched shoes felt so heavy as her tired legs carried her up the stairs. Her head was bowed and her hair stuck to her face.
“After I - we - were kidnapped."
Kira raised her head and stared at the doors as they burst open. Silhouetted by the light that poured into the dingy hall, stood a man. Clad in a long coat which billowed around him, his outstretched hands brought a pair of pistols to bear on Kira’s bewildered captors.
“That was the first time I saw him.”
Kira felt the body slump down on top of her, dead. She was plunged into suffocating darkness again, pressed against the ground as gunshots boomed in the enclosed space. She couldn’t breath, everything was closing around her as the dead man’s weight crushed her. Kira cried for help, her dry throat only managing to croak out the word. Then a fierce heat began to burn within her, and her skin began to tingle until…
“And then I talked to him afterwards, after I used my powers,” Kira concluded, “-Unintentionally!” she added quickly, with an apologetic glance at Sabina.

Casey leaps off his jet bike as it glides to a stop and at the same time Mongrel shows up with her father as law enforcement pours in from the surrounding county. A shelter in place order across Scarlet City as a containment failure is feared. A perimeter is established around the building and Incident Command is established according to national protocols. Casey's handler John Martins as the ranking non-super with jurisdiction and appropriate training. The incident command post is hastily setup as Dominic fire his first shots at Garrison. A pristine 1970's Green and White Chevelle SS pulls up with a pair of classic round flashers mounted to the roof and the emblem of the Washington State Bureau of Cryptozoology on its door. A bus with the same emblem parks on the peripheral of the scene seemingly filled with many dull individuals. Two individuals step out one smirking wearing a pair of aviators and the other of large build and a quiet demeanor.

Mr.Martins gathers the supers and local leaders of each organization to begin his briefing, "The super criminals held here are from across the mid-west some are far more dangerous than others. Most of the site personnel are either missing or terminated. We may need to cut facility power which could complicate the containment of non-criminal hazardous individuals. All above ground exits are accounted for and secured. The city sewer connection will need to be secured and have the grate's integrity be verified. We should have the manpower to isolate the area broken in through to send a team of supers in and prevent escape."

"So about that sewer issue." The man in the aviators pipes up with discourse.

John replies, "Yes Progeny?"

"I would like to urge extreme caution as the reason I was called out here was the highly likely potential of a Rake living in the Scarlet City sewers. They are attracted to sound and I find it likely that this hunter type cryptid will be drawn to the sewer system around the containment complex due to noise of all the struggles in the facility above. Progeny says revealing an old book on what looks like mythological creatures, garnering even stranger looks from everyone present except for his sidekick who has a sullen look on his face.

John breaks the awkward silence following what was said by Progeny with, "Any other tales of creepy, weird or unusual? Casey want to tell a war story about the sandbox? No? Moving on." Progeny frowns as he reviews his notes on his assignment. "Aimpoint your job will be to escort Dr. Mieszaniec to his patient on the far side of the build of the containment breach. Casey and Mongrel your job will be to directly engage Garrison and neutralize any super criminals attempting to escape. All other law enforcement is to pick up appropriate equipment and isolate the breached section of the building. Under no condition are you to engage Garrison with small arms fire as you will only make him stronger. Progeny take your apprentice and secure the sewer with an appropriate amount of personnel. Everyone has their orders, if possible evacuate only wounded site personnel all others are to shelter in place until they can be evacuated. Go forth and execute, you all have your orders. I want everyone at their tasks as soon as possible."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Its okay. I was there with you kidnapped by those creeps. Your blast had knocked me out so I never really knew what happened afterward as I had been taken to the hospital." Sabina says instinctively hugging Kira out of the habit of comforting others. "Oh." she says pulling away from Kira. "Kind of a habit I have when I try to comfort others." She says blushing and shyly smiling at Kira

Kira gasped slightly as Sabina embraced her. Out of surprise rather than discomfort, her body involuntarily stiffened and she tensed up from her shoulders to her toes. She felt her face grow hot as she rigidly sat with her hands in her lap, held by Sabina for a brief moment. Kira’s eyes glanced around the room awkwardly until Sabina pulled back and explained.
“It-it’s okay.” Kira said at last, and her tensed shoulders visibly relaxed. Apart from family, Kira hadn’t been very close with anyone in a very long time, and had been even more withdrawn since her parents’ deaths. Despite being slightly shocking, it had been far from unpleasant.
“Sorry for knocking you out...” was all Kira could think of saying, cheeks still bright pink and eyes sporadically meeting Sabina gaze as she brushed a stray lock of hair from her face.

Dominic fires the last round that was in his sidearm.
“Side arm rounds ineffective,” Jack reports as Dominic begins to reload.
Dominic stows his sidearm, “Bring up taser systems and fire when fully charged.” Dominic says as he gets down from his shooting position to face Garrison head on. “Tasers ready sir,” Jack says as Dominic puts his arm up to firing position.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Charles, still standing behind Garrison, feels the energy building up in Dominic's suit “Get out of the way!” Charles yells as he runs around Garrison, to get in between him and Dominic. As Dominic fires the tasers they dig deep into Charles torso Area and he gets the full blow of Dominic's Taser, increasing his energy, He channels all the energy building up into his right arm and lunches back at Dominic aiming at one of the energy hotspots of his suit.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“Alert, Main power relay five overload. Reactor energy feedback loop detec---tedtedted, A-AA-ai ii i Corrre Unstable.” Dominic Makes a swift punch at Charles but misses due to his systems being overloaded, after which falling over onto his back.
“Do what you want, but I want to get out of here now before that thing reboots.” Charles says to Garrison.

Garrison let out a barking laugh as Dominic keeled over and promptly slammed to the ground. The air was filled with a smoky scent almost as soon as the energy caused Dominic’s systems to overload and fail.
“Not bad,” Garrison grunted, grabbing Charles’ arm without any hesitation to extract a sample of his blood.

Aimpoint nodded, a signature scowl marking his face alongside a pair of ballistic glasses. He fiddled at his earpiece as Martins continued issuing orders, sighing as he tried to properly fit it while scanning the area for Dr. Mieszaniec.
This whole situation was a calamity, a worst case scenario for super-law-enforcement in this state at at least. It needed to be brought under control before criminals started running out of the facility.

Casey entered the containment facility less than a minute after receiving his orders grabbing a bandolier of various grenades. Mongrel was backing him up and he had tapped into the security footage to track down Garrison. He saw in his head all of the terrible ways Garrison killed the guards that the two supers passed as they made their way to their adversaries. Dominic's blackbox tracker popped up for Casey giving him info on what happened. He turned his head to Mongrel shouldering his laser rifle saying, "They are just up ahead be ready. Maddox just went down but still alive. I will flood the room with gas, mask up."

The two supers mask up in a few short seconds moving to their position as Casey grabs two grenades from his bandolier ready to round the corner to ambush Garrison but first yells through the intercom using the microphone in his gas mask. His muffled voice echoed from everywhere in the building, "It's over Garrison you are surrounded. There's no way out. Don't make me kill you a second time." That was a lie as the building was a veritable labyrinth but Casey thought he had enough advantage.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Dr.Mieszaniec donned a tactical vest for his own protection. His age showing slightly as he readied himself to save the world in his own mind. He attached a holstered pistol to his leg and turned to Aimpoint saying, "I am ready. We need to hurry." Without waiting he began to follow a path plotted on a tablet designed by the buildings security to allow him to reach the dormitory as safely as possible. The path was indeed quite secure and as they neared the dormitory the lights cut out for about five seconds and they were shrouded in darkness, "Aimpoint you need to shoot the eye." Dr.Mieszaniec said before the backup lights came on. Despite his fears he drew his gun and sprinted as much as he could for the dormitory. Gunshots and screaming came from the area around it and there wasn't time.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sabina was about to say something still beet red when their phones blew up with a blaring emergency alarm. A shelter in place order came over the whole region and Sabina's jaw dropped as she read it and she grabbed Kira's hands, "We have to hide." Jumping up she pulled Kira with her yelling to her brother, "Daniel, we need to hide. Open the safe room in the basement." She ran down the stairs making sure that Kira could keep up. Sprinting around a couple corners catching up to her brother at the basement door as he opened it. The three sprinted down into the basement turning a corner and arriving at what could be only be described as a doomsday bunker. Sabina closed the door behind them and examined the safe room with it's four beds folded up on the wall, a table, a closet full of food and supplies and at the other end of it a small door with many locks on it. Sabina was breathing heavy as she put her back against the door they entered sliding down it to sit on the cold concrete floor. She was trembling slightly as the things her parents told her about emergency alarms and shelter in place orders came to mind. It was just like a nightmare she thought she had had.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The army helicopters put the runaway tank into their sights and prepared to blast it when it turned its gun and brought it to bare against them. Each rapid shot taking just a second before the next one fired. One by one the helicopters lost their rotors being shaved off by a sabot perfectly placed at where they met the rest of the helicopter. All of the pilots we able to eject to their amazement and only one had gotten a shot off. They radioed their commander's as they parachuted safely to the ground.

The Main Thorium reactor in Dominic’s suit Begins to spin up as power load increases.
“Alerr-ler-lert t t, Main sys ss system tem tem, offline line-line. Attempting system restore-tore-tore, re-routing AI functions to secondary processing-sing system-tem…” “rerouting High AI functions complete, Ai personality online, helmet lights restored, visual visor systems online, Attempting motor control and defensive system reroute… attempting main reactor power reroute around damaged relay…”
—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Charles senses the Power resonating from Dominic’s suit. “Uh, That armored dude is starting to wake up, Maybe you can do something?” he says to Garrison, as he begins to feel a bit nervous.
—-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
“Motor Control and primary defensive systems reroute complete, defensive measures and motor control online, attempting pilot connection protocols…. Protocols failure, neural interface damage detected, connection to Maddox failure, coms system restored, warning sensor reboot failure, warning pilot connection protocols failure, unable to establish pilot vitals, sending generalized distress call..”

The suit begins broadcasting on common channels to anyone who can receive messages nearby, and a tinny voice would play. “Mayday, This is, Artificial Interface and Intelligence aid system, aboard Enhanced Armor assault platform Alpha, systems rerouting unable to make connection with Pilot.”

Shortly after the message is heard, a strong blast of encrypted data signal is sent out under the normal com frequency which causes nearby radios to squeak with interference. Meanwhile at Dominic's lab, computers display Fallen Hawk Protocol, and the Beta suits visor lights up and closes up, as the door to Dominic cradle opens up, and it begins to walk up and out of the lab, setting auto navigation to the Alpha suits last known location.

“Yeah I’m on it.” Garrison grunted in response to Charles as he finished extracting a small amount of the man’s blood. He tossed the needle to the floor before placing the small vile of blood in the briefcase he brought with him. The case was heavily reinforced and the vile sat in a foam interior which could protect it while Garrison made his exit. The damn super in the suit had already delayed Garrison enough, by now the FSA could have already surroun-
“t's over Garrison you are surrounded. There's no way out. Don't make me kill you a second time.”
“Ah, sh*t,” Garrison muttered. “I guess I might get to have some fun after all.”
He quickly made his way to Dominic’s still dormant form, reached down and clasped the suit’s left leg with his free hands. With so much energy contained within him, Dominic might as well have been a bag of feathers. Garrison hurled him at the wall adjacent to the entrance with such force that he crashed clean through the structure and in the maze of corridors beyond.
“Run!” Garrison barked at Charles, jabbing a thumb towards the hole in the wall which was already cloaked in dust and debris.

“Wait up!” Aimpoint half shouted, quickly darting to remain alongside the older man. They had successfully navigated through the breached facility without running into any trouble. Whatever had Mieszaniec so spooked, as well as Martins, seemed to already be a problem as the sound of gunfire cascaded through the enclosed corridors to them.
“What do you mean the eye?

“So, what now?” Kira asked between deep breaths as she looked around. The unexpected dash to the basement had left her panting. She surveyed the room, honestly shocked that Sabina’s family was the type to have it. Then again Kira hadn’t met her parents at all. Kira eyed the door with many locks, wondering what was in there. Maybe a bathroom? Then again it seemed like a lot of security to lock a bathroom. Turning to see Sabina sat on the floor, Kira was slightly taken aback by the other girl's uncharacteristically shaken demenur.
“Are you alright?”

Casey was stunned watching Dominic crash through the wall in front of him landing on the floor. He hadn't the time to care about his deputy though. Acting with a slight change of plans he tossed one grenade so that it landed right below the breach caused by the tin man. The second he bounced off a wall and into the cell block. The grenade cinematically rolled to Garrison's feet coming to rest with its label up reading, "CHLORINE GAS: Choking Agent" in big bold letters. A plume of yellow smoke began pouring out of both grenades

"We don't have time. There are puppets that we must kill before they release the puppet master." Dr. Mieszaniec says just before the blood curdling scream of a guard dying is heard from around the corner. Dr. Mieszaniec leaps around drawing his pistol on the nightmarish abomination with his hands shaking. The creature looked to be made of an inky black substance and was in a vaguely humanoid shape without human digits having simple limbs coming to points. One of its limbs had penetrated the torso of last guard watching him die with its big white eye intently. Dr. Mieszaniec dumps the whole magazine of his pistol in the general direction of the puppet but the luck that allowed him to escape the Warsaw pact had not been present today. The bullets either missed or were absorbed by the black substance. The puppet let the guard fall to the ground turning to the two interlopers and as a second went by the dead guard was enveloped by the same black substance now rising to become a second puppet indistinguishable from the first. Dr. Mieszaniec started backing away fumbling to reload the pistol in his trembling hands.

"No, my parents were clear that if a shelter in place order went out to the city that something bad was going to happen or was happening. They are in the know about things. They don't let me know. There's a toilet in a room off of the supply closet. We will be safe here though." Sabina said collecting herself as she looked around the safe room hoping that the all clear would be given or her parents would come home. The sound of sirens and an unintelligible warning message could be faintly heard from outside. Sabina looked up and said, "I think that there are some board games in the supply closet."

Garrison grimaced as the grenade rolled to a stop at his feet. He let out a curse as thick yellow gas erupted from the canister. It was a smart move, maybe enough to negate Garrison’s physical advantages in a head-on brawl. Garrison took a deep breath, squeezed his nose with his free hand and turned left. He shut his eyes as the gas rose over his chin then set off at a sprint towards the wall on the opposite side of the unit to where he threw Dominic. At best he could lose the agents and break through whatever perimeter was in place around the facility, or at the very least he could choose to turn and fight when the conditions favoured him.
Charles would have to make his own way out, hopefully taking the initiative and running in the opposite direction to Garrison. That would force the agents to either divide their numbers and chase both Garrison and Charles separately or only pursue one.
Garrison squinted as he dashed towards the far wall. In the same way that his power allowed him to unleash incredible attacking power, it facilitated incredible production of force and thus fast movement speed.
Outrunning the chlorine gas, Garrison turned his body to shelter the case to some degree before smashing through the wall.

Aimpoint didn’t know what he was looking at. The shadowy horrors seemed to defy their very substance. Inky darkness had ripped through the guard with ease as the limp body was raised into the air. The Doctor raised his side arm and pulled the trigger again and again, wildy firing at the dark form in front of him. Aimpoint’s ear protection filtered out the thunderous roars of gunfire exploding through the interior space. He hadn’t checked if the Doctor had any in, but also hadn’t expected his charge to run in guns blazing. Each shot missed its mark, proving completely ineffective against whatever the dark things were. At least one thing had become clear - Aimpoint had a clear target on each of the hostiles.
Mieszaniec began backing away, shaking hands struggling to reload his weapon and then he stopped. He froze mid stride, one foot still in the air, his hands stuck as they attempted to replace the empty magazine. His eyes were still. Even his breathing had ceased in the middle of a rapid, panicked breath. Or at least that was how Aimpoint saw it.
Supers could first discover their abilities at varying times. While some can be documented at birth, others will not realise their powers until later - often leading to stressful situations. Aimpoint lay firmly in the second category. The first time he unintentionally used his powers he genuinely thought he had lost his mind.
Aim for the eye, he thought. Mieszaniec had yet to move a muscle. The hostiles were also frozen. And so was Aimpoint. Like Mieszaniec, he had yet to breath. In fact his heart had yet to move and he could feel the blood in his veins and arteries was for all intents and purposes at a stand still. His mind was operating at a supernatural speed, his perception completely unhinged from the natural observation of time. His own eyes had yet to respond to his own will, and yet he could perceive. He could see, feel, smell - even hear in a sense. This was a unique experience, but a maddening one. Aimpoint moved up through the gears, shifting his own perception of time until movement returned to his own body as well as the world around him. Aimpoint’s extraocular muscles responded to his thoughts. He could feel each individual muscle contract and relax, rotating his eyeballs to where they needed to be. Slowly but surely, each and every muscle in his body reacted to his command. Muscle fibres along his back, shoulders, arms and hands worked to raise the Sig MCX Virtus SBR that he held. The entire core of his body painstakingly engaged themselves to rotate his body to face his first target. Every part of his body perceptibly crawled to action.
Sound waves reached Aimpoint individually, each adding to the last to describe to his brain what objects around him were vibrating at what frequency. He kept moving through the gears, edging closer and closer to how normal people perceived time. Mieszaniec fumbled with his weapon in slow motion. At this rate of perception, Aimpoint might as well have been a sniper sitting half a mile away lining up the perfect shot. Both of his eyes painted his target until the reticle of his red dot sight caught up, squarely zeroed on the eye of the closest hostile ‘puppet’. He squeezed off a round then observed the out-of-focus bullet make its way to the target before his eyes could ever hope to bring it into focus.

“Oh, okay.” Kira replied, her mouth dry. Panic rose through her in prickly waves even though her stomach was icy cold. She was terrified and worried sick. When she thought of her brother still at work in the city centre thoughts of despair flicked through her mind as she frantically wondered what could possibly be going on. He was probably just as worried about her. Still, if something truly bad was going on out there, she could barely stand not knowing for sure if he was in harm's way. Here she was, stuck. Stuck in this room. Stuck down here. Stuck underground. Kira gasped as the feeling of panic doubled, memories of the dark underground box she had been kept in with those other people. Her drumming heartbeat seemed to shake her whole body. She was so cold, and held herself as though that could warm her up. She felt like she had then - cold and helpless. Only one thing had stopped the cold back then…

“Danger, Chlorine gas detected in nearby area, sealing all external air sources, going to back up o2 source, Air supply from emergency reserve…” “Initiating emergency protocols, Warning: suit motor functions compromised from crash damage. Unable to move pilot.” “Tracking beta suit location…” “deploying locator ping.”

Charles gets bumped by Garrison as he runs out of the room and he falls to the ground he holds his breath as he gets back up and runs in a different direction as Garrison is running to try and split the super agency’s forces. As he gets out of the poisoned room, he gets his breath, and starts drawing the energy from the lights in the hallway. As the lights begin to dim, some guards come around the corner and order Charles to stand down and to come to them, which he complies and puts his hands in the air and slowly walks towards the guards. When he gets close enough he quickly lunges at the 2 guards and puts his hands on both of them and discharges all of his energy into their torso’s. They would both drop onto the ground filling the hall with the smell of burnt flesh and he would continue to run to find the exit.

"Go for Garrison, I will get the electro-freak." Casey spoke through the microphone in his gas mask. Following Charles at a suitable distance as he killed indiscriminately. Charles had no hope of out running Casey who ghosted behind him. He pitied the guards who died on the floor as he nimbly passed by, but it was their fault. Their orders and all protocols were to shoot Charles on sight and they payed the price and other guards would not make the same mistake. Up ahead was an open maintenance door that led down to the basement where the building utilities lay and a possible way out being the sewer. Casey tracked Charles ready to take a potshot at him when the moment would inevitably come.

Mongrel smiled, part of her had long desired to get in a fist fight with Garrison. She knew she had to wear him down first before she could properly engage him. She loped through the whole he made in the wall ripping off the mask as she left the cloud of chlorine behind her. She charged him down letting out a barbaric yell towering over him as she fell upon him like a ton of bricks. She attempted to grapple with him grabbing at his arms, head and one of his feet with her muscular four arms.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Well, Sheee-it." Progeny said seeing the culvert separating the facility sewer from the city sewer. Something had busted INTO the facility sewers and could be lurking anywhere. Progeny lit the pilot light on his flamethrower and motioned to do the same to his apprentice and the National Guard infantry platoon behind him. The large group passed through the gate rent open by the alleged rake. It was following all of the trademark signs of a Rake-like cryptid, insane amounts of strength able to rend steel and pursuing its prey. Progeny turns to his apprentice after briefly attempting to radio John Martins, "Blizzard I need you to relay that the grate was destroyed. Return to me if he doesn't reassign you. Your powers while be useless if we are dealing with a rake."

Blizzard turned and ran back to the manhole they entered from and as his footsteps faded a dark quiet fell over the platoon. Illuminated dimly by the pilot lights of the flamethrowers they pressed on branching out into small groups quietly hoping that they wouldn't be the first to come upon it or Garrison. Their fear and hesitancy mounted with each passing second

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The bullet lands home in the porcelain-like "eye" of the creature shattering it. The creature screams falling to the ground dead. The inky material it seemed to be made from melted away leaving a headless corpse of the guard on the ground in the position the creature briefly lay slain. Dr.Mieszaniec finally slipped the magazine into his pistol after fumbling with it for a few seconds. He reaches with his off hand to his radio handset that linked to his earpieces and spoke urgently into it, "We have puppets in the facility. Aim for the eye and if you can decapitate any corpse you come across or we'll have an army on our hands."

While the Polish refugee spoke the second puppet turned its attention rapidly between its friend, the intruders and its objective the security panel which could free its master. It sped up much faster than the first as the lights flickered briefly. It made a leap for the security panel causing most of its weak point to be turned away from both interlopers running parallel to them. Dr.Mieszaniec raised his handgun again to fire.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"Kira, it is going to be alright. My parents said that the shelter in place orders often go out before anything bad has happened. The emergency order said it was precautionary I don't think that anyone will be getting hurt in the city." Sabina said coming close to Kira showing her phone with the alert pulled up showing that she was right about what was going on. Sabina receives a text from her parents as Kira is shown the phone and Sabina pulls it back to read it out loud confirming what she had just said.

Charles Runs through the unlocked maintenance doors slamming them open and continues down the stairs and starts weaving through the utility panels, conduits and piping as he passes each panel the terminals on them glitch while he passes as he continues to charge.

The beta suit would arrive at the Checkpoint around the lock down area and continue walking past the facility guards ignoring all orders to stop, Continuing towards the Alpha suits beacon. Now that the suits are close together Jack begins Transferring his higher functions and main personality to the beta suits AI core and begins prepping the suit for Dominic to pilot.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dominic Begins to wake up inside the damaged remains of the alpha suit realizing he is no longer connected to the alpha suit he tries moving after hitting the switch by his right thumb, Releasing the hydraulics and making manual moving easier when a sharp pain is felt at the back of his neck from the remains of the broken neural interface remains partially in his neck, While other pieces of it has either gone deeper or broke off and the area looks to be bleeding at a slow rate.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The beta suit would stop walking as it entered the room through the broken doors created by Garrison. And the visor would flash and the suit would look around. “AI, upload complete, Automatic Pilot Protocols engaged” Jack's notification would pop up. Dominic's voice is heard over the short radio between his suits and anyone listening would hear. “Jack, Pilot Connection impossible, ACCO protocols take effect.” Dominic would go to the command frequency, “This is Dominic, Medical response needed."

Mongrel Fell on Garrison from behind, and before Garrison could react he was violently pulled to the ground, his head smacking against the cold concrete floor as the case went flying. Mongrel began grabbing onto him, two of her arms finding both his arms before he could stop her, while the remaining pair grabbed his head and a foot in their large grasps. The two struggle on the ground and Garrison did his best to turn his body into her, trying to prevent the imposing Mongrel from taking his back. He tucked his chin down close to his chest to close off that avenue of attack and gripped the wrists of Mongrel’s arms that pinned his own. Mongrel’s sheer reach made it difficult to attempt manoeuvring out of the grip that held his foot, so Garrison did his best to tuck it between his and Mongrel’s hips to maintain some space. Garrison swung his free leg behind Mongrel’s back. While he couldn’t yet use his other leg as well, this might limit her ability to to move around him and advance position.

Aimpoint broke into a run towards the puppet and, to the Doctor’s eyes, began firing his rifle at an incredible speed. He was still firing semi-automatic, but each crack of a bullet being sent at the shadowy form was practically stacked on top of the last. Each shot found its home even as Aimpoint squeezed off another. He continued firing at the thing’s head as he manoeuvred to get a clear shot at it's eye. Hopefully his bullet could penetrate the dark mass and still hit it's vulnerability.

Kira nodded in response and threw a quick smile at Sabina, appreciative of the girl’s attempts to comfort her. They did help to a degree, but Kira was still far from happy. She leant against the nearest wall, sliding down until she was sitting and pulled her knees close to her chest. She took out her phone and quickly fired off a text to Sam to ask if he was ok.

Mongrel attempted to leverage her superior reach and grasp in the moment. She attempted to slam his face into the cement multiple times in an attempt to daze him. Using her established grips on Garrison's limb she attempted to overpower him and painfully twist his arms or even snap his wrists. She could do as much on an ordinary person to great affect on their resistance. She sensed however that this fight would be drastically different as Garrsison seemed far stronger than she was at the present moment. She didn't know if she could wear him down enough to effectively kill or capture him.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Progeny catches a glimpse of the rake and raises his flamethrower to smoke it out. It flees him barely being singed as it turns a corner. He chases after it like a rat in a maze. The rake being hungry and fearful follows the scent of its prey navigating through the sewers and up a set of stairs into the the same maze like basement Charles and Casey had entered into just seconds before. It smells Charles but moreover senses the electrical disturbances. Progeny runs up the same staircase slowly being encumbered by the flamethrower and his body's old age.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Casey chases down the stairs and follows Charles down to the basement. As his suspect runs on charging from the electronics Casey raises his pistols and begins to fire with a "zero" percent chance to miss. His perfect trigger pull is interrupted by the loud thumping of wet paws on cement as something approaches him. He fires and misses coming to an isle interrupting the columns of electrical equipment. The thumping gets louder and Casey turns to its origin finding himself staring down a creature he once believed to be a myth. The fast large ratlike monster charged him down opening its jaws with its many teeth intent of devouring him on its path to its real prey. Without time Casey put his arm up to protect himself while firing wildly with his other pistol with a hope to augment the creature's desire to eat him.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

A bullet skims the front of the puppet's eye causing it tremendous pain and interrupts its gait causing it to turn towards the two trying to stop it. As the eye turns towards the two insurgents another bullet comes from Aimpoints rifle and collides with the eye causing it to shatter like the other. The aberration screams in pain collapsing in a heap on the floor. There seems now to be nothing between them and the containment block to see what should be there. Dr.Mieszaniec holstered his pistol taking a deep breath he ran towards the heavy door that prevented the escape of the Black Forest's "Shadow King."

Through a thick bullet proof window could a strange pillar like figure made of the same black goop as the puppets standing a head over the two who had come to contain him. He is form was simple but imposing, looking to be an almost flat black void with a deer's skull protruding from it. The eye sockets of the deer skull contained to faint phantasmal red orbs and the round top of black form of the creature had ten protrusions like horns with three of which being broken off halfway down them. A dreadful voice rose up in the minds of Aimpoint and Dr.Mieszaniec, "Release me mortals or you will surely die."

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Sabina brings over a couple board games to Kira and says, "since we are stuck here we should at least occupy ourselves with something fun. We also have some food if you are hungry." Sabina hoped to comfort Kira and provide some kind of emotional support for her. She almost had a cheerful attitude despite the situation.
