(let's do this ^^)
(read the OOC first: http://creativefreedomrpg.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=48254)

Kuro slipped into the class just before the last bell rang, this way he would be unnoticed since most of his classmates were talking to each other in their own little groups. He quietly sat down at his place and waited for the teacher to come in. He noticed that none of those groups were close to him as if they knew that he was no normal human. He shudders at that thought, that would be impossible after all the effort he took in appearing normal, it's just a coincidence, nothing weird, maybe they just did not like him. That would also not be a surprise, since he keeps his distance from other people, even though they seem to have so much fun talking to each other. Kuro appeared to relax while he was actually paying careful attention to his surroundings. He was wearing his uniform conform the school rules although he didn't close up the jacket so that it was seen that he was wearing a black shirt underneath.

Eric took a deep breath as he stood outside the door, the bell has rang to begin class, how stupid was it that on the first day at his new school he would be late. It was such a little thought why did it bother him so much, shaking he head and pushing the thought to the back of his mind and with another breath he opened the door and stepped through it. Looking around the room he spotted many littler groups of friends sitting and chatting among themselves and one kid sitting alone shrugging his mountain like shoulders he made his way to his seat, as he passed the other kids he noticed they were all dressed in there uniforms, black shoes, white button up, and jacket. Eric had the sleeves of his shirt rolled a quarter of the way up revealing his almost tree trunk like forearms, his shirt was roughly tucked in and his jacket was slung over his shoulder with hid bag. Taking his seat he laid his bag and jacket next to his chair and pulled from his back a pen and pad, sat and waited for his teacher.

Having had been there from before any of the bells had rung even, Kithara exhaled gently and looked around for the time being. He shut his eyes and carefully adjusted his uniform. Apparently he hadn't seen Kuro or Eric before this, so he took a moment to examine them.

That being said, he felt that his wandering eyes could have quickly been construed as rude, and as a result he turned his head in just a few moments. Instead focusing ahead for the time being, he just put his eyes on the board.

Perhaps one might consider him an elite student or something of the sort, but he had actually at least to some degree or another actually cultivated the image. Therefore, he actually didn't mind really the way that he was only sort of half-meeting all of the new students here. It just suited him fine for better or worse, and it probably would have been slightly off-putting at the end of the day.

He wasn't one to change old habits too quickly however to be honest.

Kuro couldn't help but notice the huge guy that had just walked in. Such a gigantic mass of muscles. He didn't look like a high schooler at all. Kuro silently sneered, all brawn and no brain. Kuro still didn't want to mess with this one. Being huge like that he could just sit on him to break his bones.
It seemed like more classmates have noticed the new guy. Some were sneakily peeking while others were openly staring. Some of the girls were even giggling. Maybe he would be unexpectedly popular if he had a good personality? Kuro couldn't care less about whether this new mountain would be popular or not, it would only mean less attention on him and that was a good thing.
Then Kuro noticed that there was one person that was not looking at the new attraction of the classroom. It was obviously interesting to watch so why was he facing the blackboard? Such a weirdo. But Kuro actually couldn't care less. If there was a weirdo like that in his class then that meant that those disgusting people that liked to gossip would focus on him instead of Kuro. Kuro felt like he had really hit the jackpot with this class. All those idiots can just go ahead and do their stupid stuff while he is being left alone. So great.
It has been a few minutes since the last bell has rang but the teacher still hasn't shown up.

Eric's eyes scanned the room back and forth his head only slightly turning to one side or the other so not to alert anyone he was watching. He noticed and most of the students were looking at him and a group of girls were whispering as they giggles looking in his direction, giving them a slight nod of his head they giggled some more. Bring his attention to the student seating alone hes eyes locked on Eric he stared back at him for a moment. "This boy is strange why does he start at me," Eric wondered before hearing the door open and his attention snapped to the front of the classroom. Another Student walked into the class tall and thin, he worked his way to an isolated seat and sat there his eyes never leaving the blackboard he didn't movie not even an inch.

For the time being, Kithara did the thing that he did absolutely best. Even amongst an elite individual there had to be a skill that was attended to above all of the other skills that he had. In his case, of course, that meant messing with his hair. Like everything else about him, he had a tendency to be rather proud of it to say the very least. Vanity was going to be the thing that ultimately brought him down for certain.

Of course, his affectations only served to increase the fact that he was being openly stared at. If girls had wanted to giggle and look, then he was going to cultivate this attention all that he could have, and naturally allow them to do so. The fact that he actually did have a gentle personality that this vanity was veneered onto was more than likely going to make it even more likely that he would at least strive to experience a level of popularity that would have brought him many admirers.

In reality, though, he wasn't that bad of a person and he had a tendency to go a bit over the top. When worse came to worst, he actually would willingly be the first to help out, but none of that would have been known at the moment. For now, he was something of a mysterious newcomer and he was going to appreciate the fact that he was a mysterious newcomer. It was honestly a ton of fun at the moment.

Eventually, though, Kithara had ultimately settled into a pattern. Although he might have looked stalwart before, it was obvious that he was having fun considering that there were four or five different girls talking to him. Once he had gotten to connect with a few of them here, he sort of dropped some of the bravado and started to act somewhat normal. This had given him a sort of two-faced personality, which of course he had entirely wished to cultivate as well. Attitudes were things that were best when appropriately cultivated of course.

Regardless of any of this, he honestly didn't mean to lead anyone on. It was clear that he had actually cared about the people that he was talking to in this way, even if he was something of a player. He merely had a tendency to take everything too far, but it was kind of hard not to when he sparkling looks and an equally sparkling aloof personality. Some people, it might have seemed, had a certain association with those who had an aloof personage.

He didn't mind any of it, and if he was going to make friends by, once more, cultivation of a little fan club, then he wasn't going to complain at all.

For the time being, Kithara had actually been talking to someone whose name was Angelica the most closely. Unlike the others who had merely acted like they were swooning for him, she had actually understood that he had wanted something more out of all of this and was sort of acting this way on purpose. She was funny and very intelligent, which were both qualities that he had deeply admired in a person. That meant that she was sort of an instant quarry for him, but what made her the most desirable to Kithara was the fact that he had seen something else in her.

She seemed to like to play the haughty game of distancing herself as well, and that made him respect her all the more. The fact that she had said things that made her so close to him had made her his rival, and in a way with the type of personalities that they had they were getting that much closer as a result.

The two most attention grabbing guys sure established a fan club fast. Kuro just watched it from a distance. It was fine by him if all the attention was drawn to someone else. His seat was in the back row, in the corner next to a window. Perfect for overviewing the whole classroom. He leaned back and enjoyed the show, so to speak. But to his irritation one of his male classmates seemed to have picked him to strike up a conversation.
"Hey. Unbelievable how popular those two are right? I know you are also new but you don't start to build a harem with all of the girls like them." Kuro stopped to listen at some point. Until the male classmate stopped his rant and asked him what he thought about it.
"For someone with such average looks it is indeed another disadvantage to have such an ugly personality," Kuro answered. "It is no wonder that you can not get a girl to care for you. Adding to that the fact that you seem to think that I care even the least bit for your pathetic problems must be a major let down for every human being around you." Kuro paused for a moment to enjoy the puzzled expression of his male classmate. He didn't even bother to remember his name. Just before his male classmate could say anything back, Kuro added a little more fuel to the fire. "Go bother someone that actually cares, or just shut up, idiot." His male classmate was really angry now but he didn't want to show it. "I was wrong to talk to you, you antisocial," he said and turned around and left. Kuro had to keep himself from laughing. Couldn't he have come up with a better parting remark then that? Such an idiot. Well, at least he won't be bothered by him or his friends now. What kind of an idiot concludes that these two are bad people just because they are popular with those brainless girls anyway? If they have a good personality then they would also be popular with the guys in no time.
It was all fine with Kuro. It was better if there was no attention on him. That way nobody would find out about...that. But just what is taking their teacher so long? It seemed like more people are noticing that their teacher is being late.

Eric standing up as he did of course the girls giggled and blushed even more so then before thinking he would come to them as the other kid did and entertain them but they were wrong. Eric started to the front of the class and he covered the distance in only 4 long strides but that was normal for him. Sitting down at the desk of the new comer he looked at the blackboard, "everything that rises must converge," Eric said not moving the slightest bit. He sat there and waited for a reply when he finally got one, "except that it makes sense. But there's just a slightly menacing quality to it." Eric's head snapped around to face the boy with a large smile on his face. "Rikyu, it really is you" Eric said standing up the other boy stood up as well. Rikyu was not as muscular as Eric but was well toned and just as tall, "It's been ages" Rikyu said as he embraced Eric with a brothers handshake gripping his forearm and shaking Eric followed suit before they broke the formal greeting and hugged each other. Sitting back down they proceeded to talk and catch up as if they hadn't seen each other in year but when in truth they really hadn't.

Unlike Kuro, Kithara was very comfortable with the idea that he was cultivating a fan club. Still, though, despite all of this there was one individual that he had elected to actually connect with a little more genuinely. Angelica had been able to go toe to toe when it came to his arrogance, and ironically it had seemed like he actually had some sort of unusual attraction to this fact. When someone had been so haughty it would have seemed like it was something that had ultimately been a benefit to him. He liked those who could go up against him and best him a bit.

It was a sort of intellectual chess game that was played without any pieces, but something had eventually distracted him. That was the fact that Kuro had been so apparently withdrawn from everyone else. Kithara wasn't sure if something was genuinely wrong, or if there were some other reason at work here. Some people wanted to make themselves look tough just as he had wanted to make himself look elite. As a result, he decided to nonverbally keep an eye on Kuro and see if anything changed in the future.

For the time being, though, it would have perhaps been best to just think of the girl that was in front of him. Angelica was starting to mean the world to him as he realized that he was actually starting to let his defenses down in front of her. Even if he could have had the harem that he had always wanted, he quickly figured out how empty that was. Actually genuinely connecting with someone was a far better thing to do.

What he never could have imagined, however, was the fact that in the near future something terrible might actually have happened that would have made it so that the girl in question was put in an incredible amount of danger. Those kinds of thoughts were far from his mind at the present. Things were focused totally on the here and now.

That had also actually meant that he didn't quite realize that the teacher was so late. At the moment he had almost completely lost track of time.

Indeed the group around the nameless male classmate was throwing some aweful glances towards Kuro. However his being alone also seemed to have attracted some attention. Kuro spotted a little group of guys that seemed like typical bullies. They were already grinning and wispering among them while glancing towards Kuro. There was also a small group of girls, some of the few that didn't swarm to the other guys. From all the talking going on around him, Kuro concluded that this year there were a lot of new students at this school. This made him very relieved, though that didn't show at all. If there were only a few new students then that would have been very attention grabbing. However, it seemed like Kuro did grab the attention of that small group of girls. He didn't notice it immidiately because they were not as loud as all the others. But Kuro didn't care much because they made no signs of approaching. He quickly glanced towards the clock on the wall behind the blackboard, the teacher is more than ten minutes late now..

As the time Eric thought nothing of it as he was talking to and old friend but suddenly it dawned on him that this teacher was about 15 minutes late for class. Looking around it seemed no one else noticed accept the boy sitting in the back of the class alone. Continuing his conversation with his friend he was scanning the room looking for someone that was out of place but no one seemed to be found, so he quietly he went back to his calm state of mind ever once and a while looking around for some sign of the teacher.

Honestly at this point, even Kithara was getting a little concerned. It really did seem odd that the teacher would have been this late. While he had something to occupy him the entire time, and he wasn't complaining about what it was that was occupying him, he honestly had felt as though something must have been up. Certainly something inside of him had wanted to go around and check things out, but he figured it was probably for the best to stay right here.

Naturally if he were to stay here he would have been able to continue flirting for the time being. That would have bee nice to say the least. Looking around a bit, he saw that Eric was catching up with someone anyway. No one seemed overly concerned, so he just shrugged and turned straight back to the girl that he had been talking with.

That was surely more pleasant than having anything to do with school, and if the clock were going to tick away the entire day in this fashion, Kithara would of course be the very last person to complain. Though he wasn't a poor student by any means, he considered what was going on here to be a little more important.

Then the door of the classroom opened, it has been at least twenty minutes since the classes were supposed to start. But the person that came in was not their teacher, but a teacher from a different class. The class went quiet immediately, it was never a good sign when the wrong teacher comes in.
"Everyone be quiet and sit down," he said and the class sat down while murmuring about why that teacher could be here. Since Kuro was already sitting, he just waited for the teacher to explain.
"You are all probably wondering why your teacher has not showed up yet," the teacher began. "We have just been informed that he has been..." small pause "in an accident."
The class began to talk more and the teacher had to quieten them down first before continuing "To prevent further... accidents from happening, you all have to be careful. Not only on the way from and back to school but also at home, the school advises you to not walk around alone and to be careful."
Why would not being alone prevent accidents? Kuro wondered, and why is that teacher struggling with the word 'accident'? I wonder what really happened.
"Since you all do not have a teacher today, you will go to the cafeteria until we know what to do with you, any questions?"

Considering how long it took, even Kithara had become a little concerned, but he actually didn't get too worried about anything. After all, he had been focused on Angelica for most of the time. It was hard to show too much of any of that concern that he should have when he was caught up with someone who could go toe to toe with him.

Then however, his conversation got interrupted, and he wasn't happy. She was a sort of a combination of scenes, and she was certainly independent and a bit of a cocky rebel. They were all qualities that he admired in her.

That's what made the interruption all the worse.

Looking up with a bit of a wince twitching in his eye, Kithara finally nodded and exhaled. "Yes, actually I do have a question. What kind of accidents are you talking about?"

At this point he figured that something might have been structurally wrong with the building or something like that, but then again this substitute had also mentioned being careful at home. Maybe something horrible did happen architecturally, and he just hadn't wanted to mention it if lives were at stake or loss. That would have been a good time to encourage fire or engineering safety from students even in their own home lives, of course, since it had provided an opportunity to focus on it.

Nevertheless, this all could have been rationalizing to shove it all out of his head.

The teacher reacted more nervously than could be expected. He clearly had not expected someone to actually ask a question and he was not prepared for it at all. Seeing that everyone in the classroom was silently staring at him for an answer didn't make it any better for him.
Kuro silently praised the guy in front for asking a question. It was so funny to see the teacher at a loss for words.
Finally the teacher regained his composure and could answer the question somehow. "Well, accidents are accidents. All kinds of stuff can happen. So for now you are not to wander around alone. This is so that you can help eachother if needed. And if you are in a group it makes you much more unlikely to be come a victim of ......" The teacher bit his lip just in time. "...accidents." he quickly corrected himself. "Now if there are no further questions, quietly move to the cafetaria. Other classes are already in progress so don't disturb them." The teacher obviously didn't want anymore questions to be asked, but that wouldn't prevent some students from asking anyway.
Kuro had his own thoughts about what could have happened to their teacher. He kept them to himself. However, he was pretty sure that it was not an "accident" like this teacher here tries to tell them.

Well, with this recent revelation here Kithara had no idea how to react. It looked like the teacher was actually pretty anxious toward everything that was going on. Judging by his response, it had initially looked like Kithara just figured this was another one of the games that teachers play. They had a bad habit of overreacting to everything.

From everything including fire drills to standardized tests, teachers had that annoying way of not telling you what was going on. They then got mad at you for not behaving in the way they expected that you would have.

Eventually, he found himself talking to that girl from before again. What he was saying could only have been heard as whispers. In fact, the entire classroom had completely erupted into something resembling one harsh whisper. Kithara couldn't make heads or tails out of it.

Angelica was fortunately a constant companion, and one single thing that he was surprised she had said was much better than any of the other surprises that the teacher have been giving him.

"We're advised not to walk around alone because of accidents. If one happens, then I do want to be in it with you, Kithara." She snickered and then looked straight into his eyes. "In fact, I wouldn't mind if you caused a couple of accidents yourself."

Even though he might not have been prepared for this type of talk either, he was rather glad that it was going on to tell the truth.

The teacher was now back in his element to guide the entire class to the cafetaria. The students somehow stood up and made their way, but not as silent as the teacher wanted. One of the few silent ones was Kuro, basically because he didn't have anyone to talk to anyway. Around him everyone was wispering. Quickly the notion of murder started to spread through the class. Some were scared that something like that happened so close to them. Others found it very exciting and seemed to look forward to playing detective. Others were even 'practicing' for the interview by the police that they expected to come. Apperantly they thought that giving the impression to know something was cool. While wandering the hallways in the middle of this gossiping bunch of students, Kuro kept his thoughts to himself. He also thought that it was no ordinary accident. For that the teacher was way to bad at acting. Could it have something to do with that? Or was it just coincidental? As for the lost life of the teacher that he hardly knew, Kuro didn't really care.

Originally there had been no way that Kithara was going to think up murder as an issue. The teacher had said accidents, and teachers always overreacted. That was a rule. It wasn't an exception at all in his experience. Angelica was pulling up her arm warmers before looking over toward him once the students started to talk about murder however. As Kithara made it toward the cafeteria with her, he mumbled a bit to himself. "Well, just like you I'm a bit more inclined to trust my fellow students." "Yeah, if someone got killed off like that it could mean someone's around." At this point, in part because of the conversation, Kithara was starting to second guess his original views. "Even if there was some kind of an accident, like an automotive one or something, then no one deserves to have their life cut short like that." Grumbling to herself, Angelica looked around at everyone who was practicing their speeches to the police or getting ready to play fake detective. "Look at all of the sheep. They think a loss of life is funny." Ironic that she should say this when a few moments ago they were both saying things were untrue, but if they were what she was saying was rather poignant.

The way to the cafetaria was not vey long so they reached it soon enough. Kuro was already sick of the ignorant **** that his classmates were spouting. They would probably all **** their pants when they encounter a real murderer, even if they talk big now. Kuro was thinking about stuff that was more related to himself while he picked a nice lonely spot in the cafetaria to sit down. There was a wall behind him so he could pretty much see the whole room. As expected, nobody choose to sit beside him. There was more space in the cafetaria than in the classroom so the students with their own little groups spreaded more. To Kuro it was pretty clear that their teacher had been murdered, the one that tried to make them think it was an accident really couldn't act at all. But the thing that concerned him was the motive. Why was their teacher murdered? Could it be that he had that too? And that he was targeted because of that? If that was the case then did the murdered know that Kuro also had that? At the moment Kuro was very much concerned with his own thoughts even though his facial expression didn't change one bit.
