Within this world, everything you do can affect the game and how things turn out. It's all on one timeline. That's not, however, limiting you to only one thread at a time. With "Chowretat", we're implementing "Non-Linear" Roleplaying.

How does this work?

While roleplaying in this world, you can take on as many threads as you'd like, with the understanding that what you do will affect something somewhere, and could, in fact, affect the thread you start after the initial one. It can change the course of the game, be used to move the overarching plot along, anything goes.

But, you also need to be cautious. This time is a constant sort of time. If you start a thread with someone and have to take a leave of absence, time still continues on without you. You can continue that thread, certainly, upon your return; If the other person has a hard time because their character isn't in the same state of mind, it's because time continued to march on without you.

In this world, you can get left behind if you disappear for too long.

Also, the day you start the thread (according to post date) will be taken into account, timeline-wise. If you start multiple in the same day, be aware of the time that they're interacting with the other characters as you can't be in two places at once. There is no power or ability to do that, so it's out of the question. If it's meant to happen around a similar time, an OOC note should be put at the beginning of the threads in question to dictate which is first and which is second, so as to figure which would affect the other.
