The young girl blinked for a moment and soon realized more of what she was getting herself into. "Oh I-I mean well-" she began with a fluster. After taking in a breath and letting out a sigh, Kasumi nodded her head to the strange man. Finally she came to terms that it was best to just make friends with Fushichou, than being alone, it might even give hints as to why she could see his kind in the first place. after thinking and looking at the other for a minute she finally remembered the groceries that she had this whole time.
"....hungry?" she asked while pulling out some of her bread that she just bought.
The thought brefiely crossed her mind that he might eat this kind of food, whether for good or bad.

Honestly Fushichou was surprised that she hadn't really been shying away from this in spite of the fact that she had obviously started to understand the full gravity of what had been going on here and what she had been getting herself into. To some degree he was still concerned, but he figured that it would have been best to stick around too. After all, he never thought that humans were supposed to see members of his kind. Figuring out why she was able to do so would have been rather important to him for sure.

Eventually, though, he simply nodded to her. The idea that he would have had to accept this kind of food was a little embarrassing, but birds just loved bread in many circumstances. He didn't want to take it as demeaning, but it was just too good an offer to pass up.
