Emily's chest filled with heat, her feet lifted from the ground. The Blood Demon stared into her eyes. But before she could let her flaming breath loose or even fly and slice the demons huge chest, the demon swung his arm and knocked Emily out of the air. She flew to the wall and fell to the ground.
