The guidance counsellor edges towards the microphone that stands lonely on a bare stage before a sea of students. Her face, bright pink from embarrassment as she taps the microphone, cringing from the echoing feedback.

"Um, G-good morning everyone!" she says with growing confidence, "Welcome to Ethardia Academy!"

She clears her throat then continues.

"As you may already know, Ethardia Academy is the crown jewel of this wonderful new, independent country of Anzen City. We offer a wide range of curriculum, along with the peace of mind that comes with safety within our walls. Although the Academy offers sanctuary for our kind, our focus is peaceful integration into Human society. Our campus offers many on-grounds services from cafeteria, sports facilities, convenience stores, and dormitories, however, I must emphasize that the true nature of our being must remain a secret from the regular Humans at all costs. If we are found out, the culprit responsible for the leak will be severely punished. Should you find yourself in need of services not offered on campus, the immediate surrounding area should have what you need. Remember this simple rule when dealing with Humans off campus:

1. As far as they know, you are Human as well. Give them no reason to think otherwise.
2. Do not speak in a way that would make Humans suspicious. Do not refer to them as "Human" or in a way that would make them think you are referring to them as being different from yourself.
3. Shops and businesses displaying the Academy crest are either Humans who already know of us, or other Non Humans in disguise. You may request certain goods and services from these businesses that would be of concern to normal Humans; Potions, ingredients, magical items, fang sharpeners and that sort of thing.
4. First years are only permitted to leave campus if in pairs or larger group. Second years and above are permitted to have after school jobs off campus.
5. Use common sense and obey the law.
6. Do not transform off campus and within sight of Normal Humans. Those who cannot transform or use illusion magic to hide their natural appearance, must either learn and master the spell, or obtain a masking amulet from your teachers. These Magical amulets will make you look Human to others, but remember the magic is limited and will not cover someone very large, or other extra appendages. Human looking beings must be evaluated by a teacher to be allowed off campus without the spell or amulet. These beings include Vampires, Werewolves in human form, and other beings that can pass for Human.

The counsellor lowered the page she was reading on, the Academy's crest towering over her from behind, emblazoned on the curtains she was standing in front of. A dark red crest with a black wing crossed with a sword on the top. She folded the paper and continued, looking concerned.

"Ethardia Academy is the pride of Anzen City, this beautiful and developed island. For those of you who are new to the City, you've just moved to an independent country as your hassle at the airports and ferries with your passports would have indicated. Your paperwork would also have had to been done to become a citizen of this country and become a student. This Academy is also a part of the government that runs this city, but that's something students shouldn't have to worry about, as the Headmaster and senior staff are busy with those duties."

She stopped for a moment, unsure how to word the next part of the orientation, "Humans have used harsh labels to describe those different from them. Animals, beasts,...Monsters." she said, "Monster is a derogatory word to them, describing a distasteful being of hate and despise. Something meant to be vanquished. To us, it merely means we are different than them. And our differences should make us stronger, yet more understanding to their uneasiness. We call ourselves monsters, but we mean it as a reminder that we can overcome despite our differences and work towards peace. Welcome again, to the Monster Academy Ethardia, The Sanctuary among Humans!"

Characters

Creator: HylianRose
Name: Eric Caston
Age: 17
Race: Penholder
Powers and Weaknesses: Eric can draw most anything to life. The things he draws to life aren't that powerful nor are they very smart but if he's ever in a pinch and needs something fast, he can draw it into existence. How well the object/thing/being functions depends on how well Eric drew them. He is almost completely useless without some way to draw.
Appearance: Eric would look pretty average if it weren't for his pointed ears and slender, smooth figure. His eyes are slightly slanted and have a certain depth to them that no one can explain.
Height: 6'
Weight: 125
Bio: Eric appears just like a human but is in truth of elvish decent. His ears are slightly pointed and he is pretty tall. The story of his ancestry lie in the books his grandfather possesses. They tell stories of a magical clan of Elves called the Penholders. These Penholders started with Eric's great-great-great-grandfather who wanted to keep the tradition of the penholder magic alive. This seemed like a foolish fairy tale to Eric until one day after his 16th birthday, what Eric drew that night, came to life. People with only have their bodies visible came to life and greeted him as Master, little flowers showered down from his ceiling. He was scared and ran to his grandfather. Again, his grandfather thought he was crazy until he noticed the changes in Eric as well. The once short and stubby child now looked lean and charming. The pointed ears gave away the truth to the matter. His Grandfather let Eric stay with him while he tried to find somewhere to live, somewhere safe. That was when he found an ad for Ethardia Academy. He studied it for a few days before deciding it was their only option and Eric sent there. Now, he has been at the academy for one year. He knows his way around but he's still not very good with people.

Why They Came to the Academy: To find safety among those like him. Also, he was just following his grandfather's orders.
Extras:
--He is from America.
--His birthday is May 18th.
--"Hello... My name's Eric. Welcome to Ethardia..."
--Has been given the task to show some of the newer students around.
--"Pax et convictu. The school's motto and a nice one at that." ( I hope I've read the rules. I kind of wrote them. )

Creator: HylianRose
Name: Karen Elegia
Age: 26
Race: Gorgon (Ancestor to Medusa)
Powers and Weaknesses: Karen, like Medusa, is able to turn being into stone if she wills it and if the target is currently making eye contact with her. Her snake hair is almost always hidden behind a magical barrier, one that Karen spent a lot of time perfecting. She can use small magics, but her greatest spell is the one of camouflage. She can even so far as to make herself appear invisible, though it takes much out of her and she can only do it for a short amount of time.
Appearance: Karen has a bit of a stocky build. She's good with combat and handles a gun well. Other than her snake hair and the scales that appear on the bridge of her nose, she looks like a normal human.
Height: 5'5"
Weight: "Now, why would I tell you that?"
Bio: Karen came to the academy as it was just starting, a startling case all her own. Her powers ran rampant, killing most of her friends and family. For a few years she was only allowed to see other teachers if her hands were tied and her eyes blindfolded. She was a troublesome youth, never wanting any help. Now, as a teacher herself, she finds herself in their position. In the position to help these kids learn what she should have always known. The people here are here to help... But she also wanted to be the person that the kids could run to and be under the radar. A place where they knew they had a safe haven.

Why They Came to the Academy: Came a second time as a teacher because she was asked to return.
Extras:
--Position: Counselor/Nurse (Can also teach combat classes.)
--Born in America
--Born Aug. 9th
--"Eh, Name's Karen Elegia. You can call me... Ms. K. Or Karen. Ms. Elegia sounds too formal. I'm not exactly a formal person."
--"'Pax et convictu' is the school motto... Right? That's... what it was when I was in school, anyway." ( I hope I've read the rules. I kind of wrote them. )

She is able to see most people's auras and tell what emotions they are currently having, though it can be wrong as she might read it incorrectly. She has weaknesses to garlic, salt, and light elemental magic. An angel's aura will generally hurt her if too close.
Position: Librarian
Bio: Mrs. Peterson has been living a very, very long time. She was once married to a human, but her father killed him soon after. Her family doesn't take kindly to humans and avidly protests Mrs. Peterson's employment at this school.

He is a skilled fighter.
Position: P.E. Coach/Swim Team Coach
Bio: Marcus, in his youth, was caught in a net one late afternoon and was slowly being taken aboard the ship. Suddenly, a flash of red went by and he was freed, the net all but burned. When he returned to the area later, a large dragon was sitting by the shore, an old and wise look in his eyes. He pointed in the direction of Ethardia academy, and Marcus gladly followed, glad to have someone on his side for once. He felt his Merpeople family behind in order to explore life on land, much to his mother's distress. He finds time to visit them once every month or so.
Extra:
--Marcus trusts the Principal with all of his soul.
--Marcus was born in the Atlantic Ocean.

Cecilia quickly became bored being alone and wanted to see the world she was previously forbidden to explore. She was told she must attend Ethardia Academy before she could travel, as it would give her the education for dealing with Humans. She was saved when an old man exited a bar and found them in the alleyway, then in a flash of flame, the mugger was gone and he was kneeling over her. Creator: Megarandom
Name: Alex (Was given no last name by his creator)
Age: Main body appears 17 and appears to age like a human's
Race: Revenant
Powers and Weaknesses:
Powers- Can animate any inanimate object, as well as plants or even corpses of animals and people, and control them with ease and perfect precision. Has the ability to switch his own soul from object to object incredibly quickly, making him very hard to kill. Has no need for food, as even biological bodies possessed do not come back to life, and has no need for sleep as well. There's a decent sized crack in his back, and if it's looked into, he can possess whoever looked into it.
Weaknesses- Is very clumsy for a little while after switching bodies. Certain bodies taken are very delicate, such as stuffed toys or dolls, can be forced from a body by an exorcism, has his power drained by iron, and hates the touch of salt and silver.
Appearance: His main body is a human-sized doll that looks like a 17 year old male. When possessed by him, it ages like a normal human does. He has golden-blond hair, and purple eyes. He has a lean build, and is of about average height. He has a small purple triangle angled outwards just under the outside corner of each eye. He's made of porcelain with small amounts of metal, and is hollow, but very durable.
Height: 5' 11"
Weight: 74 lbs.
Bio: As a human, he died in a car crash when his family's car was hit by a drunk driver. When in purgatory, waiting to be judged, he was summoned by a necromancer who performed experiments with his summoned spirits. He was put into the body of an intricately created doll, made by the necromancer. Wanting to free all of themselves, he and the other spirits rose up against their master, killing him. He afterwards left the area behind, thankfully passing as a human until hearing about Ethardia Academy.
Why They Came to the Academy: To learn to fit in with human society and control his new-found powers.
Extras: Can use his powers decently well, but sometimes animating objects goes wrong. Has a tendency to accidentally hurt himself seeing as he can't feel pain, only a sensation when part of him actually cracks or breaks. Pax et convictu

Very weak after fusing
Can only fuse with Hermes.
Can't fuse without Hermes nearby.

Weight: 121.9
Bio: Arisu was put on the doorstep of a rich family. She was always playing with crows when she reached 5 years old, and her family suspected something was different with her. The reputation of the Sato family was tarnished by Arisu flying around town, until she walked back bruised to the house, panting.
Why They Came to the Academy: Arisu's family sent her here so she could learn to control her powers and so they could build their reputation back up.
Extras: Arisu is a vegan. She is also working on the whole transforming thing without her bird, but it is not going so well. Pax et convictu!

"Welcome again, to the Monster Academy Ethardia, The Sanctuary among Humans!"

Emily lowered her paper and sighed with relief when the applause started. She turned to look at a short old man off to the side of the stage for approval, yet his subtle nod barely registered and his grunt of approval could barely be heard over the clapping. She bowed awkwardly as other teachers took her place to give further instructions and she scurried off stage to his side.

"Mr. Koseki, I'm glad you could join us for the opening assembly." she said with a smile.

"This is another of my duties, Miss Robertson." he grunted, "Looks to be a fine bunch again this year."

"Yep!" she chirped, yet her eyes danced over the crowd and her nerves took over. Ryu placed a firm hand on her shoulder as if to become the rock that supported her shaking frame.

"Relax, child." he said opening an eye. His beard shifted as he gave a slight smile, "You wont get eaten again this year. You don't have to be so nervous."

"Oh, um, yes." she laughed nervously, "I know that. I'm just a little.....um."

"Jumpy?" he finished, "You really need to learn to relax. It's not common knowledge among even the staff of what you are, let alone the students. You're just a monster like us who is really good at her Human transformation."

"I...I don't like lying to everyone." she whimpered.

"They are here to learn how to co exist with your kind. I would say you are here for the same reason, are you not?" he asked. She gingerly nodded, "Then we will both make it work regardless of what happens. Don't worry so much. You'll start getting wrinkles at around two hundred years old. It happened to me because I worry to much as well."

"We don't live that long, Mr. Koseki." She giggled, "But I see your point." Emily took a breath and sat down to listen to the rest of the speakers in turn. Hopefully this will be a good year.

-------------------------------------------------------

Cecilia nervously tapped her elbow, her arms crossed over her chest. The assembly seemed to take forever, but even though she had a decent amount of patience, it was wearing thin because she felt stressed. It was an odd feeling, one hard to describe. She was anxious for her first day of school, worried that her assistant was getting her dorm room set up correctly, and she was stuck sitting between some odd creature she had never seen before and the wall of the gymnasium.

She found herself staring. It was taller than her, obviously male, yet he sat in the small folding chair lazily, with his tail and wings hanging on the floor. His clawed, left foot was resting on his right knee and his arms were crossed over his school uniform. He looked like he was going to fall asleep at any moment.

"Hey!" she snapped in a whisper. He snorted and bolted upright, his chair creaking beneath him.

"Oh, what?" he replied, wiping the drool from his mouth.

"I'm Cecilia. What are you?" she whispered, "WHO are you! I meant to ask what your name is!" she turned red at the slip of the tongue and it sounded disrespectful but the winged creature beside her didn't notice, or didn't care.

"I'm a Gargoyle." he whispered, "The name's Drake Masters. Nice to meet you."

"Likewise!" she said with a smile, then seemed confused, "Aren't Gargoyles those statue things on churches and old buildings? I didn't know they were alive!"

"Most aren't." he simply said, "Some are just sleeping." he paused for a moment, glancing down at her over his thick arms, "What are you, if you don't mind me asking." Cecilia turned a deeper shade of red. She was good at hiding her wings and Holy aura, but she had been told that Angels were regarded as being quite rare on Earth and highly revered by most. She as on two minds about saying it.

"Me? Oh...not much....I'm just an Angel. Nothing spectacular." she said nonchalantly, trying to play it off but Drake's expression was frozen in was seemed to be an uncertain smile.

"No, really. What are you?" he asked, "I'm asking seriously. It can't be that bad. This is a place where no one is judged, right?"

"But I really am an Angel." she said. Drake's grey face seemed to turn almost a white color as he sank lower in his chair. He seemed to get nervous and kept staring at the girl sitting next to him, staring in disbelief.

"Father told me about your kind. Messengers of God and whatnot. One of the highest revered beings known to mankind." he whispered.

"Your Father told you about us?" She asked.

"Father. As in the Priest who raised me." he said. He lifted the crucifix off his chest to show her, a large smile on his face, "You could say I'm a big fan as well. This was given to me by my father, blessed by Angels to keep my curse at bay."

"Oh, I see." She said, somewhat flustered about having a 'fan', "What kind of curse? Are you sick?"

"No, it's a curse inherent to all Gargoyles. We turn to stone during the day." he said, "It's how we sleep. At least with this on, I can attend school and actually enjoy the sun. Most Gargoyles are nocturnal."

"I see.." She said somberly. She was gradually becoming more relaxed as they spoke, but she finally noticed people in the crowd were staring at them now as their chatter became noticed.

"We should talk again later." She said, "I hope to become friends."

"Likewise." he grunted.

Eric

"Welcome again, to the Monster Academy Ethardia, The Sanctuary among Humans!" The young counselor said, a smile on her face. Eric looked up from his book, his eyes scanning the students around him. They all looked very... odd. Though, he couldn't say much himself but still, his pointed ears weren't all that hard to hide. He closed his eyes, and the book before looking back up to see if they were finally done with the assembly. He was tired and just wanted to go to his room. He pulled out a paper from his messenger bag that told him what room he was in as well as who he was rooming with. He only had one roommate he was aware of. Drake Masters... He scanned the room for someone that might catch his eyes but to no avail. He wasn't very good at the stuff anyway. He let out a long, shuddering sigh before stretching. He had to give some of these students a quick tour of the campus... but where to show them first? He let out a frustrated groan.

Out of the corner of his eye, he could see someone sneaking in, the light flooding into the dark room. That's not exactly the best way to start off. He returned his head to an upright position but continued to stare at the sneak. He noticed long dark red hair tied up. A girl? But... his eyes narrowed, trying to get a better look at her. She looked older...

Karen

She let out a sigh of relief as she entered the gymnasium. She wasn't all that late... right? A mischievous grin grew on her face as she walked over towards the stage, stopping just at the bottom. She leaned up against the left wall, her back against it and her legs crossed. She'd been setting up the nurse's office. Whoever left it last, left it in one hell of a mess. She closed her eyes, trying to calm herself down.

No need to blow it out of proportions, just fix it where you can. That was what the principal had told her anyway. He now stood near Ms. Robertson. Karen chuckled a bit. She always was the teacher's pet, sticking to that old man like glue. Karen rubbed her shoulder and stretched a bit, stifling a short yawn. She really just needed to go back to the nurse's office and take a nap. Hopefully, on one would injure themselves on the first day. Again, another small chuckle escaped her lips. Hah, fat chance. It was going to be a long day.

Robin

Robin stood near Mr. Young, a rather bored expression on her face. She sighed and turned to look at him.

"When do you think this is going to end? My feet are getting tired." She asked, her voice small and whiny.

"Have patience, Robin. It's almost your turn to speak anyway." He told her, his smile soft and directed at the children. As he says this, Ms. Robertson looks over at Robin with expecting eyes. She lets out a little puff of air before walking over to the podium and stepping up on the stool. She taps the microphone, her expression rather blank.

"Hello, yes? Is this thing on?" She asks, directing her glance towards Ms. Robertson. Laughter erupts from the crowd and Robin sends them a short glare. Ms. Robertson noded politely and Robin turned back to the mic.

"I'm Mrs. Peterson and you may call me as such. I work in the library. If you have any questions feel free to ask. I've also asked Eric Caston to give some of you newer students a tour of the academy." She explained, her voice monotone. She looked up a bit, looking towards the direction of the library.

"You'll be pleased to know that we've added to our collection and that we now have both literature from the human as well as the monster side. Again, if you have any questions, I'm here to help." Robin continued before stepping down from the podium and walking back over towards Mr. Young, her expression pained. She hated talking to large crowds. She was too proud to admit that she had a problem with public speaking.

Marcus

He smiled at Robin, a small chuckled on his lips. He nodded to her and then walked up to the podium himself.

"Welcome, welcome. I'm the P.E. Coach, Mr. Young. I also coach the swim team so, join up all you nimble swimmers! I look forward to seeing you." He said before walking back. He preferred to use less words. They meant more in the end. Out of the corner of his eyes, he could see Karen, standing idle off to the side. He gave her a look before laughing and turning back towards the crowd.

Karen

She rolled her eyes at Marcus Young. He was always on her case. Not to mention Robin. She was so... rigid. She needed to loosen up a bit, get that stick out of her ass. She felt a pair of eyes on her and looked over to see Koseki glaring at her. She sent him an awkward apologetic look before walking to the podium.

"Ahh. Hi. I'm Karen... I mean... Ms. Elegia. Just.. call me Ms. K. I'm the Nurse so, don't get hurt, yeah? My Office is on the third wing, end of the hall. I hope I don't get to see you because that means you're not hurt!" She said, a wicked smile on her face. She winked at the crowd before walking back down the steps. She walked out the door and back to her office to continue what she'd been doing. She could practically see the eye rolls of the other staff and old man Koseki's glaring eyes. Eh, he wouldn't fire her. She was too good at what she did. Despite not having the powers to go with it. But, she was slowly learning healing arts. It was just taking her a bit longer than most.

Eric

Eric looked up at Mrs. Peterson as she said his name. Oh... Great. He always liked Mrs. Peterson despite her outer appearance. She just didn't like showing affection towards people she didn't know. She was nice to Eric, though. But, maybe he was just a teacher's pet. He shrugged. He'd never know nor did he want to. He leaned back in his seat as he watched the teachers cycle though. The woman from before walked up to the stage and introduced herself as the nurse. Well, that was interesting. She certainly wasn't predictable. He chuckled at the principal's face as she walked out. She must have great confidence in her job security...

Arisu
She sat in the crowd, a tad nervous about this new school her mom and dad sent her to. Arisu was not allowed to fuse without permission from the school. She remembered the thrill of flying, the wind in her hair, and the breeze against her face, wishing she could feel that once again, but considering the circumstances under she was sent here, she may as well never feel that again.

Trying to listen to everyone together her mind off things didn't help at all. All Arisu could think of were the words exchanged with her parents before arriving here.

Alex

He sat quietly, hardly paying any attention at all. He held a few small items he like to keep on him for entertainment, namely a bit of clay, a few paperclips, some string, a few pins, and a small amount of bright purple fabric. He was currently forming the small clump of clay into a vaguely humanoid shape. He soon fixed it up to be very close to a male human's body shape. His fingers were very dextrous with materials, a little ironic considering he was usually a little clumsy. He took out a pin from a plastic container he kept in his pocket, using it to aid in sculpting the finer features of the gray little clay man.

Scraping the needle into the head, he formed the eyes and mouth, using the scraped away material to form a nose. Pressing a bit of clay between his fingers, he stuck a flat piece on top of its head, quickly sculpting it into hair. Soon it was a tiny model of a person, only about four inches tall.

He looked back up, seeing the P.E. teacher up there talking. What was his name again? He'd figure it out later.

He looked back down to the figurine, holding his hand flat, setting the clay man on his back on it. It suddenly twitched, moving a small amount then standing up on its own. It looked up at Alex before sitting down, looking at the teachers up in front of everyone. Surprisingly, the thing could actually see, and it watched intently.

The assembly finished and students began to file out of the auditorium. The Principal stood swiftly and strode out a side door, leaving a wake of warm air behind him. Emily quickly scurried behind him but a quick glance over his shoulder made her stop in her tracks.

"Emily dear," he began, "Please accompany Mr. Caston on the campus tour. You should really get to know the new students for your counselor role, right?"

"Um, Okay. Yes, Sir!" she nodded, clutching her notebook and papers. She quickly spun on her heel and went back into the Auditorium, where majority of the senior students had left, leaving a sizable class of confused faces still sitting.

------------------------------

"Um, Mister Masters." Cecilia squeaked, "Do you know what we're supposed to do now? There's nothing on my paper."

Drake unfolded his arms and stood up, his feet not working as Cecilia expected. He seemed to stand on the front half of his long feet with his heel high in the air, or what she thought was a heel. Now his legs and feet sort of reminded her of a cats or dogs. He stretched, his wings expanding then folding neatly behind him and he turned around.

"Please, call me Drake, um, miss..." he said, realizing he hadn't heard her name, "Miss Angel."

"Oh I'm so sorry! My name is Cecilia Fairfeather." she said.

"Lady Fairfeather, then." he replied.

"Just Cecilia." she insisted. He seemed to scoff for a moment.

"I can't just address a holy angel in such a casual manner!" he said, then caught his tongue, pausing for a moment as they both looked at the floor, "If it makes you more comfortable, C...Cecilia."

"Thank you." she said with a wide smile.

"Yes, well I believe we're supposed to see Eric Caston about a tour of the grounds." he said, then the horns on his brow lowered, "Hang on, that name sounds familiar...." he dug in a small bag on the floor that was beside his folding chair, but did not notice his chair was now gone. Cecilia noticed his missing chair and giggled when he turned around to go through his bag. The folding chair had remained caught around his tail from where he put it through to sit down. He still didn't notice it was hanging there. He pulled a paper from his bag and turned around, "Eric Caston! I am rooming with him!" he exclaimed, "I hope it turns out alright."

"You don't get a room for yourself?" she asked, looking down at his page.

"None of the first years get private rooms." he said, "Who are you room mates with?" Panic started to gnaw at the back of her mind she simply shook her head.

"I don't know." she said. Drake crossed his arms again, trying to look tall and impressive in the awkward silence. He was indeed tall towering over her, but it was hard to take him seriously with a folding char hanging from his backside, "Here. Turn around." Drake looked behind him and turned to try and grab the chair, but Cecilia grabbed it and pulled it down over his tail, freeing him from it. Smiling, she tried to reassure him as he was clearly embarrassed, "Let's go on this tour, alright?"

---------------------------------------

"First year students, please gather here for the campus tour!" Emily announced, or rather, squeaked rather loudly. The uncertainty and shyness was evident in her voice, "This is Eric. He will be showing us around."

Arisu
Arisu wasn't sure how it happened, but she had transformed with Hermes only a few weeks earlier. She was confused, but spread her wings and began to fly. Fly away to somewhere beautiful. With the wind through her hair, there was nothing to dislike. Until she landed on the cold, hard, ground.

Then, when she arrived at this academy after arriving back home and a few police interviews...

"Bye." That was all her mother said to Arisu as they parted ways. Arisu almost cried when her mother said this in a rude way. But crying would show weakness. Her father said nothing. Mom and Dad were angry at her. Why wouldn't they be? Arisu was a freak of nature

Hearing the announcement made by a woman, Arisu snapped back to reality from her thoughts and began walking to the direction of where the other students were gathering. Hermes flew from her lap to her left shoulder. Arisu was slowly gaining confidence that she would be happy, but it was only a little at a time. At least she would (hopefully) make new friends and learn more about her power.

Eric

Eric looked up from his book to see Ms. Robertson standing near the front of the auditorium, yelling for the new students to gather round. He blinked and stood up, putting the book back into the messenger bag that was slung over his shoulder. He quickly jogged over to her and made it just as she was introducing him to the students. He smiled and waved slightly as he caught his breath.

"Greetings. As Ms. Robertson said, I'm Eric. It's nice to meet all of you!" He greeted them, a soft smile on his lips. "So, where shall we start?" He asked, holding his hands behind his back. He was wondering if any of the students already knew places they wanted to visit like the library or the cafeteria. How about we start on the right side of campus and move our way across? We can stop in the cafeteria in the center and have lunch. Sound good to you, Ms. Robertson?" He asked, turning to look at Ms. Robertson.

Marcus

He let out a small sigh and looked over at Robin. "That wasn't so bad, was it?" He asked, an amused smile on his face. He pulled up his hand to move a piece of his light purple hair out of his face, the only part of his race that he still allowed to show. Robin let out a small huff as a response and began walking down the stairs and down the aisle. "I'll see you later!" He yelled, laughter showing on his face. Chuckling, he walked down the stairs and passed the gather group of students, headed towards his office nearby. He still had a bit of paperwork he needed to get done before classes started tomorrow.

Robin

She was still huffing slightly as she made her way to the library. A sharp right turn, storming down the mostly empty halls. The older students saw her and got out of the way, a look of fear in their eyes. She rolled her eyes. Let them be afraid. She didn't care. She took out her keys and opened the doors to the library. She stepped inside, a smile growing on her face as she walked in and greeted the room. "Morning, my lovelies." She said, walking through the room towards the shelves. She walked through the aisles, looking at all of the books. "How I missed you all..."

Karen

She pursed her lips as she looked down at the potted plant that had fallen from her desk. "I didn't leave it like that... What the hell happened?" She sighed and picked it up, cleaning it as she went. She placed the broken pieces of glass in the trash but managed to slice her finger a bit. "Crap..." She mumbled. She let out a long sigh and stood up. She held her finger as she walked over to the cabinet, her face calm and collected. She pulled out all of the necessary supplies and bandaged herself up. She held up her finger towards the window. "Well, that's a great start to the year..." She sighed, her head already hurting.
