Zen's eyes shoot open as he is thrown over the shoulder of a rather large muscular man. Raising his head he looked around as best he could, his arms insuperable and behind his back given. While he struggles to remember what happened he hears a rather deep voice come from under him. "Finally awake eh, Good, wouldn't want ya out cold, thas no fun to watch!" He bellowed, letting out a deep chuckle before throwing Zen down on the cold ground. "Where the hell am I you filthy Brute!?" Zen snapped as he glared up at the burly man. "Don't matter elf boy! You'll be dead soon anyway!" The man barked back before turning around and Walking out a small door, slamming it shut behind him. Looking around, he saw a dark Forest, grey and lifeless despite leaves and plants being visible. There were walls stretching out as far as he could see, with no ceiling. Closer around him lay many scared kids and adults. Some still unconscious, others wide eyed and terrified, just like he was.

Red and black dots spotting her vision was the last thing Maeve remembered. As she came to, there was a sound of a car door being closed roughly and then something opening very close to her. Suddenly, hands grabbed at her, lifting her up as if she weighed nothing and carrying her at an awkward angle. Their boots crunched against the dirt and dried leaves...until she met with the earth with a firm thud. Refusing to move even an inch, Maeve did her best to play dead, thinking that maybe she could catch her kidnapper off guard and make an escape.
However, that plan was cut off by a gruff voice.
"Miles, I thought I said I wanted them ALIVE," the person growled, coming closer.
"She is, she's just playing dead see?"
Before she was even able to react, a boot met with her ribs, already sore from her first struggle with the people who had abducted her. Unable to stop herself, a groan of pain rumbled through her chest. Now that the game was up, Maeve opened her eyes, nearly blinded by the light after being in dark so long. Glaring at the man who towered over her, his greasy brown hair flopping over his eyes. Scratching his scruff of a beard, the man gestured, "see Boss, alive. She's just playin' dead." Turning his attention back to her, the man leered at her, "don't worry Miss, you won't have to pretend soon enough."
Something about those words and the look on his face caused a shudder to run down the Girl's spine as she glowered up at him.
"Be see'in ya Miss," he grinned, mocking her by tipping his hat before he left. He, along with several other people exited through a door like gate. Looking around, Maeve noticed for the first time that she was not alone. Spaced out there were several kids in and around her age, some who looked younger and some who looked older, some of different races even. She also noticed the nearly 50 foot high fences, along with the high voltage sign near it. Terror ran through her veins like ice and her entire body trembled with fear. The others around her looked just as frightened and confused.

Sitting up he took a short moment to just breathe. To clear his mind. Calm himself, and figure out what his next step would be. What would his next step be. Freaking out will get him nowhere. The aching in his head was making that rather difficult. The blunt force that rendered him unconscious leaving him with quite a headache. His white hair had even been streaked with dark red from a small gash the blow caused. 'I have no idea where I am, I have no idea why they kidnapped me, and I have no clue who it was that took me... So what do i do?' He thought to himself. Attempting to move his arms he realized what his first step should be. Slowly standing up, he crept around the enclosure looking for something sharp he could use to free his hands. before he could get too far into searching, he heard a loud mechanical whirring. Glancing up he saw what was making that noise. It was a large electric Gate separating. 'Was this how I was let it?' He wondered. As the doors continued to slide open, two large men meandered into the enclosure. The larger of the two men was carrying a small girl in. Neither of them were the fellow that brought him in, but both looked just as big. The larger one drop the girl onto the dirt, then appeared to start arguing with the smaller man. Without much warning the larger man gave the girl a swift kick in the side. The girl jolted awake and stared up at the two men who began leaving the enclosure, the gates closing behind them. Straightening out he stood up tall and walked towards the girl. He wanted to make sure she was alright and continue his search for something sharp along the way to her. Walking forward he noticed a sharp rock laying on the ground. Looking at the rock it seemed like it would be sharp enough to use to cut what was entangling his hands. Awkwardly angling himself backwards, he started leaning backwards slowly lowering himself down towards the rock. Wincing at the pain in his head he grabbed a hold of the rock and quickly scurried back to his feet once again. With a sigh of relief both from the pain stopped and for finding a way to free his hands. With the rock in his hands he started back towards the girl.

The very next thing that Maeve became aware of, was the fact that her hands were bound behind her back. She couldn't be sure what it was that held her hands together but it was scratchy. Not thick enough for rope but maybe some kind of twine or cord. Rolling over onto her back, Maeve used her new position to sit up. Still in shock, she just barely noticed the tall man that approached. Although man wasn't really the right word. He was definitely not human, not with his pure white hair, yellow eyes and regal features.
Is that a...? Maeve blinked and looked more closely, it was definitely an elf. The pointy ears were a giveaway. Maybe even a High Elf.
Elves weren't rare per say....they were around but you just didn't often see them. They lived very reclusive lives...at least, that had been her personal experience of elves. They weren't that common either though. This was the first one she had actually seen with her own eyes.
Whoever it was, they were definitely coming towards her. However, they also stopped and broke off their own binding with a sharp looking rock. The elf neared, still holding the rock. Unsure about her approacher, Maeve attempted to get up onto her feet, sliding forward to her knees and then standing up. Just in case he wasn't friendly.
The sound of engines in the distance started thrumming and the vehicles they must of been brought in drove off, leaving the captives alone inside a giant fence. It was probably towards late afternoon at this point, the sun was dropping down and in a matter of a couple hours it would be night time.

Walking forward he glanced around. There were many other races there. There were some Dwarves, Humans, Wood Elves, you name it there didn't seem to be any correlation between who was taken. But none of the people seemed to move an inch to help anyone else. Everyone seemed tired and as if they had given up. Turning his attention back to the girl, he saw her rising to her feet. The look on her face told him that she was scared and unsure of his approach. The rock in his hand probably didn't help with that. slowly he continued forward. As he got close to the girl, the smaller he realized she was. By Elven standards he was somewhat on the short size. Must Elves were nearly 6 inches taller than he. But this girl was even shorter. He had never had much interaction with Humans, the last time was when he was very young. He had followed his father to one of the Kings meetings with the other races. The Humans seemed much taller back then. Not only was the girl short, but she was also a very petite thing. She just seemed to be all around small, except for her hair. The girl had long rustic brown hair, almost as long as most Elves. Her eyes were a shade of brown, a color you would never see in an Elves eyes. "Hello, I'm not going to harm you. How are your ribs?" He asked as he held out the rock, offering to cut her binds.

As he approached, Maeve began to realise also, the significant height difference the elf had on her. At least six foot or close to, perhaps more by her estimation. When the elf had finally stopped just in front of her, he completely surprised her. Instead of attacking and bashing her head in with the rock...which admittedly had crossed her mind briefly, he was kind. Seemingly genuinely concerned, he even offered to cut the ties holding her two wrists together.
For a good few moments, Maeve stood cautiously, silently appraising the elf. Up close, his yellow eyes stood out much more, unlike anything she'd ever seen before. Tugging at her bottom lip in thought, Maeve decided that the elf was okay and her distrustful frown softened. Nodding gratefully in acceptance of the elf's offer, she turned around, presenting her bound wrists to him.

Keeping his composure, he held out the rock. The girl's face contorted in thought, more than likely thinking over whether or not to trust him. Zenifier waited patiently, hoping the girl would trust him. After a brief moment, the girl nodded and turned around allowing him to cut the binds. It was much faster cutting someone else's binds rather than his own. Once cut, the binds fell to the ground with a soft thud. "Are you hurt?" He asked again before giving the rock a small toss onto the ground nearby. "Do you know where we are?" He questioned, hoping she may have some sort of idea as to where they might be. With the question out there, he turned towards the grey woods. The woods had a beauty to them, if you were able to look past the eerie grey that they seemed to emanate. Something about these woods did not sit well with Zen. The woods had the dull grey glow of death and decay. But they seemed to be alive and in bloom. Two things that do not go with each other in any normal circumstance.

The elf worked deftly, cutting her hands free and for that Mae was grateful. Flexing her now free hands, she rubbed her wrists as the ties had started to rub them. Turning to her helper, Mae was about to thank him when he asked if she were hurt. Shaking her head in reply, no she wasn't hurt. Maybe her ribs would be a little bruised but nothing worse than what she'd dealt with before.
Up until that point, Mae had been holding out the hope that he had some clue about where they were but with his next question, that hope soon died. Looking back up at the elf, Mae saw that he now stood, staring out into the eerie forest. Perhaps had there not been a giant fence caging them in...the forest might of been somewhat beautiful. Perhaps there hadn't been a whole group of kidnapped ones all thrown into the enclosure together, the atmosphere of the forest might not of been quite so uninviting.
"No," she responded, her eyes scanning over the forest edge and then going to all of the others who were awaking and...running into the forest. Immediately, a bad feeling found its way into the pit of her stomach. Lightly tugging on the sleeve of the elf's shirt to get his attention, Mae pointed to all of the others darting away, "I don't think we should stay here."
