Beauty and the Beast

So... I have absolutely no idea what I would want to do, but I know I want to do a rp based on Beauty and the Beast. Not to a T I want to do a completely different plot but have the same kind of idea to it.

I'm interested. What do you intend to do with this, though? What setting is it going to be? And any species to take note off?

I don't really know what to do yet. All I know is that I want to keep the time period either modern day or keep the old time period. It all depends on what my partner prefers. I'm a very flexible person. As for the species, I have no idea. We could even take the whole thing and turn it into this huge fantasy realm with mythical creatures if we wanted. Like I said, all of this is open for discussion with ny partner.

I like the idea of it being an old time period kind of thing. Like, a cross between fantasy and medieval. To the naked eye, we could have a medieval world, but between the cracks, a whole fantasy world. Something like that.

As for species, which character do you intend to play?

In that case, would you mind if my character was a werewolf? I have a prototype for one that I wouldn't mind using for this, though I'm open to roleplaying other creatures (except vampires, demons and angels; I'm not really interested in playing those).
