Decided to pitch this idea here instead of Alpha, and make a few changes to it. Please, do read all of the disclaimers before you decide to join this roleplay.

So, the general idea is to follow the Harry Potter stories (in general, it's gonna be AU, so some changes can happen) with the player characters starting when they receive their Hogwarts letters and go to the school, up until their last year in the school. So, disclaimers follow:

1- Original characters only. By that I mean not only no canons, but I would like people to actually create a character tailored for this story. This will make things easier when it comes to blending into the story.
2- You can have a teacher or staff character as an additional, but you must have a student character - this is the one who will be your main character, and this student will have more attention than the teachers.
3- Characters will be sorted into their houses IC, through a sorting test, keep that in mind. I will develop the test in details in case this takes off.
4- All students will start at 11, no exceptions. Professors can be any age starting 25.
5- Beta standards apply, in length, grammar and spelling. I do encourage people to strive for more involved posts, but as long as they are within standards, they're fine.
6- Interaction is important, so if I see two characters only interacting with each other even when others interact with them, I may get involved to encourage them to be more responsive to other interactions.
7- Deadline will probably be of a week per poster, and we'll have a posting order so we don't get lost with everyone waiting for someone else to post.
8- Characters should be built realistically. I'll read each CS carefully, especially when it comes to personality and flaws, and ask for changes if needed.
