Prologue

Alice arrived many years ago to our land, she even called it Wonderland. She was a sweet, innocent, and curious little girl, but we did not know what would come of us back then. the Queen of Hearts sentenced her to treason and demanded her head, but she escaped from her. Alice left our world only to find herself in a new one, a world inside a looking glass. Just like in our world she did many things there, things that seemed childish. But then, she entered the White Queen’s court and took the place of her daughter as pawn. Not much is actually known about the war that that took place in the world of the looking glass, but we all know this is where Alice grew in power. Some say she fought her way through in a bloody massacre, sacrificing all the pieces she needed to win the game. Others say she played very strategically, carefully deciding her move losing almost none of her soldiers. All we truly know is that she made it across their land, which they called a board, which made her become queen in there world. She then proceeded to ‘capture’ the Red Queen and ‘checkmate’ the Red King, ending the ‘game’. She ruled this land for many years, but never once did her Wonderland leave her mind. So she somehow managed to leave the looking glass word with her army of white and return to our world. This displeased the Queen of Hearts, she still wanted her head. Many of the other countries tried to plead with her not to go to war with Alice over a petty thing, but she did. She was a fool. The Kingdom of Hearts fell quickly, leaving Alice to take control. At first, all was well. She treated her kingdom nicely, but slowly she grew more cruel. She always demanded entertainment, things to be on time, sweets and tea, and everything. She wanted it all, she was slowly becoming the absolute power of the Kingdom of Hearts. As her rule grew so did her lust for power, she slowly started expanding her military ranks and stationing them to villages and towns outside her kingdom. This began to make the other kingdoms around her nervous. Causing them do what they never expected they had to, group together to keep their kingdoms out of the grasp of a girl who was never meant to be part of their world.


Kingdoms

Kingdom of Alice (Kingdom of Hearts ):
A kingdom that was overthrown by a girl who was once sentenced to treason. She came back from a world from inside of a looking glass bring soldiers that looked like chess pieces and spoke backwards. She then began slowly changing the kingdom that was once know Hearts to a kingdom that was now nicknamed Alice’s. The kingdom has many many variety of shops and splendid homes within its walls. It is a place where its occupants hold a recognizable obnoxious attitude and consider themselves more intelligent and cultured than others. At the center stands a large blue castle where Alice and her court reside, but with little is known on what happens within it.


Kingdom of Spades
A kingdom ruled by empress Zhanyin, she rules the kingdom with a balance of grace and sternness. Her kingdom is a very symmetrical one to maintain a sense of order and rhythm and has a high wall built around it.. The Kingdom of Spades is known for its exotic materials, spices, and the beautiful sound of music that always seems to be radiating from it. The people within it are a very diverse with a dense population and typically have no trouble getting along with other groups of people. This kingdom is not associated with being violent, but has a strong military defense if needed. Outside of the main kingdom’s wall typically live self sustaining and industrial farmers.

Kingdom of Clubs
A kingdom ruled by a king named Jerrik with his wife, a Valkyrie, Kahra. Their kingdom is in sections throughout the valleys around giant snow capped mountains. The kingdom is self sustaining and typically only trade a variety of furs if need be. Jerrik’s castle stands three stories high on a small cliff over seeing the ocean and is never closed off from the outside world. The castle is never off limits to the people and is almost always used as a dining hall after any sort of battle. People from this kingdom are trained warriors from birth and have wide range of knowledge of almost any type of basic weaponry. Another feat that they have is a strong navy, which they use to raid a variety of places for their wealth to stay a strong military state. People from this kingdom typically do not like outsiders and stay close knit to the things they know.

Kingdom ofDiamonds
A kingdom ruled by a queen named Ament, she rules from her fortress hidden in the sand. The kingdom is located in the mists of a desert build around one of few larger blessed oases. Although, the people who live closer to the oasis are typically farmers. The further away people live from the main oasis, the more secretive and regal they are. This kingdom prides itself on it’s variety of rare desert plants and herbs which is extensively exported. The Kingdom of Diamonds’ higher class of priests and priestesses also pride themselves on their ability to do magic work. While more experienced can physically manipulate magic, others can only bless items and weapons with a magical trait. While the people who live within the kingdom are quite diverse, they are also very wary of outsiders for fear that they may try and steal any secret arts they hide.



Alliances

Alice’s Alliance:
This is primarily made up of White Chess Pieces that Alice encountered during time in the looking glass world. Other followers of this alliance are friends that Alice made during her original time in Wonderland (i.e. Mad Hatter, Tweedle Dee & Dum, Caterpillar, etc.) and those who reject any remaining fabric of the Kingdom of Hearts.


The Joker's:
This is any parties that are originally from the Kingdom of Hearts and reject Alice’s rule. This may also include Red Chess Pieces came through the looking glass world and rejects her rule as well.


Treaty Alliance:
This alliance was created via treaty among the kingdoms of Spades, Clubs, and Diamonds. This alliance was formed in hopes of decreasing Alice’s expansion through “Wonderland” and any outbreak of war from such. Most members are directly from their designated kingdom wanting to fight for its bests interests. Any member that is part of this alliance cannot intentionally harm any other member claiming to be part of it.


Unaligned:
Any member of this group is a neutral party (this group includes Cheshire the Cat). This group does not lay claim to any alliance so they may fight for or against Alice according to their own preference. Members of this group are typically not directly from any kingdom, but the surrounding area thus do not want any association with any affairs that come from any kingdom.


***EXTRA NOTES***
Any race and species is allowed in this RP, so please be inventive. Species examples that may not normally be thought of include; full animals, anthros, mythical creatures, insects, plants, etc. Please note that if you do choose something small (i.e. mouse, flower, butterfly, etc.) that your character’s power level reflects as such. Age in these worlds are applied differently, meaning they live longer (i.e. Cheshire Cat age unknown and the Mad Hatter's age may be in the hundreds, but not appear so). Characters from the original stories are NOT permitted, children of these character’s however are. If you would like to make your case if you would like to be a specific character from the books please PM me to plead your case.

Any member of a direct alliance must have it reflect in their appearance via looks or clothing. Also note if you choose a character is from the looking glass world (i.e. chess pieces) you must purposely misspell things (in dialect only if preferred) to take place of an accent since the language of this world is the English language backwards.

Also, if your character is not from a specific Kingdom feel free to name your town/village, but please put which Kingdom your home is closest to. If your character does not have a home from anywhere specific, but NA or Nomad. If there is anything in the application that you cannot fill in just put NA, leave blank, or delete that part.

Biography: Cecilia grew up in a modest way in the Kingdom of Alice with her mother. Her father was a traveling merchant who found pleasure in being unloyal to his bride during his travels. Even though, Cecilia still loved her father and family very much. She grew up quite curious on the world around her and the place Alice called “England”. She always wondered about this place and what it was like, and thought surely it must be more than a land of fairy tales. She began to read more and more, but never quite had her curiosity fulfilled. She eventually made her way into Alice’s court as a historian despite being a beastkin instead of a full fledged white rabbit like her parents. Cecilia usually finds herself stuck in the quite derry library, hoping to eventually travel out of Alice’s kingdom and learn more about the world around her.
Extra: The way Cecilia dresses is considered a bit tacky by other occupants of Alice’s kingdom due to the fact that it is adorned with hearts. She happens to enjoy her style taking pride in it, calling it a “mix of old and new” giving in her opinion a nifty retro feel. Cecilia had some troubles growing up being born a beastkin while her parents were full rabbits. She was often picked on about her ears and tail and does not appreciate these attributes being picked on.

Generally wheres white bleached leather armor with the Joker symbol on her hip as a belt buckle. A heart shaped scar is seared into the side of her neck. Ears come to a point and split.

Chimera form- A large creature with the body and head of a dragon and the wings of a bird. Its scaled arms end in clawed tallons. Feathers adorn the end of its tail. Feathers are light blue and scales are a faded blue/white. The claws are a dark blue.
Weapon/Fighting Style: (Abilities also go here) Rogue style, Twin Fangs (Dragon's Teeth). Acrobatic. Sneaking. Able to transform to full chimera. Fire abilities in both, heightened senses.

Bio: Venatrix is the daughter of the Queen of Hearts and the original Jabberwock. She was the Princess of Hearts and heir to the throne of the kingdom. Once Alice invaded their land her family was quickly defeated. Venatrix didn't understand the grudge between the two queens, for when Alice was first to "Wonderland" Venatrix was learning under her father. So when the castle was taken, the Queen and her daughter were captured and Venatrix watched as Alice said, with a cruel smile, "Off with her head." As she watched her mother's head roll across the marble floor her head was snatched to the side and Alice forced a red hot ring to her neck, burning a heart into it. A second later a bandersnatch burst into the hall and threw the soldiers and Alice away from Venatrix, picking her up and escaping. Years passed as Venatrix watched her mother's kindom fall, and Alice become even crueler. Finally she had enough, and she heard that many in the kingdom were against their new Queen. And so she found the Jokers. Ever since she has silently fought the power of Alice to reclaim her homeland, save her people, find the truth, and take revenge against the new Queen.

She was teased because of her ears and tail but her momma always would tell her those people where jealous and that she was beautiful, and always told her to smile cause that's what her daddy would want her to do. Her mother died when she was 13.
Extra: She tends to randomly disappear when she is talking to people when she begins to get tired of the conversation and sometimes show back up just as glowing eyes and a smile.

Also wears whits pants with black suspenders hanging off his hips with black boots. He wears black and red goggles on top of his head, and black fingerless gloves. On each finger of both hands are small jewels: thumb- purple, pointer- yellow, middle- red, ring- blue, pinky- green. He also wears a white choker around his neck with a small silver pendant.

Bio: Jace was born in the Hearts Kingdom during Alice's reign. Alice is the only queen he knows, however he hates her. He sees how she treats her people and his uncle, his only living relative. Jace was born with natural ability to control the elements, however this mad him even more insane than his uncle. In order to protect him, the Mad Hatter sent him to the Diamond Kingdom where his mother was from. The queen took him under her wing for over fifty years, taming his madness and abilities. For this to be possible he was given two things, a set of ten gem stones and a choker. He is now the most sane in the Hatter family.
