So @Rainbow told a few people about my situation but I'll share it as well. My laptop is refusing to connect to Wi-Fi so I'm reduced to my tiny little cracked screen ipod until IT gets it together to help me.

Therefore I won't be replying to anything as it's just a hassle right now (I also have uni life to deal with).

I had the same problem before. Go into the settings and search DEVICE MANAGER. click network adapters and then click on the adapter that is your wireless wifi. go over to driver and uninstall it. Finally right click on network adapters and click search for network adapters.it should automatically install it back. Hope this helps
