Sorry for my dwindling activity, my dad's health problems have been taking their toll on everyone (i.e. staying up most of the night to make sure he stays in bed). Due to several nights of little to no sleep I haven't been "feeling the aster" and haven't felt like posting. I promise I will post, just give me a little time (a gentle nudge is never discouraged either). I hope to get back into the swing of things soon but until then I will be scarce. Hopefully I'll stop feeling the mode soon. - Asterous |

Take all the time you need, Aster, and if you ever need anyone to talk to I'm just a PM away. I hope your dad's health improves, and I hope that you get the rest you really need. We'll be here when you get back, and I'm sure those who are in a roleplay with you will understand. For now you just focus on "feeling the aster" again. |

I echo what the wonderful Muse has said. Take all the time that you need to get yourself together. Sleep, eat and try to just take some time for you if you can. I'm sorry to hear about your dad. Like the others have already said, real life always comes firsts. Posts can wait, RPing is supposed to be fun, not a chore. Take all the time you need and try to get some much needed sleep. If you ever need anything, you can definitely send me a PM as well. |

Just an update, my dad's in the hospital with an infection the doctors can't find yet. Hopefully things start turning around soon. |

Update #2: So just as things looked like they were turning around -- dad was suppose to have able to come home on Friday -- things have gone downhill again. The infection hasn't been found yet and he's been spiking fevers. He's just gone from bad to worse. Again, sorry for the late posts and general disappearances. |

We got called in last night, he wasn't doing well. Spiked another fever and his oxygen was way down. Got to say, sleeping at the hospital is not something I ever wanted to do again. And thanks Shades. |
