Putting this here because it's better to be safe than sorry.

It seems like my computer might not be able to hold out the rest of the month. I was keeping my fingers crossed that it would since we are completely flat broke right now and can't afford to take it back to the shop, but that doesn't look like it'll be happening.

Unlike last time, I won't be able to get to the Library every day like I was able to over the summer, and during this week my parents are away so I won't be able to get there at all (if I take the bus into town, I have no ride home), blame the crappy bus schedules and parents working and my lack of a vehicle of my own, but, as always, I will try to be on when I can.

Money troubles suck. Just saying. Kind of wishing money really did grow on trees right now.

Just as an update:

My stepdad got into a fender-bender and has to get his truck fixed.

That being said, fixing the computer is getting delayed... again... because transportation is more important that having a computer. *sigh* Which means me getting a laptop is also getting delayed. Probably until the end of next month or Christmas time.

I'll most likely be cutting back on how much I use my home computer significantly, I'd rather not have it explode in my face while I'm trying to work on something (not that I'm expecting it to...), but I will try to post and be on to lurk as much as possible. Obviously, I have access to a computer, be it the Library or other places, when I go into town but, as I mentioned before, I don't always have transportation.

Expect the Unexpected

Well, it's official.

My computer no longer connects to the internet as it should. I checked everything this morning, modem is fine and we paid Comcast already. It's also having trouble booting. The machine turns on, it just doesn't boot...

I think it's safe to say I won't be back in full swing, at least to post for roleplays, until the end of November.

If you have my number, contact me that way (just let me know who you are, and texting is prefered), or leave a PM and I'll get around to it the next time I get to a computer.

Update:

Computer is in the shop. Depending on whether or not we can afford the repairs this week, I will either be back this weekend or next week. Most likely next week. Fingers crossed.

Well, unfortunately, it doesn't look like I'll be back this week...

i was hopeful for this week, but I'm beginning to have doubts.

I'll attempt to work on stuff whenever I can get to the Library so that things get moving. No promises, but I'll try to get some posts out to those who are waiting on me.
