So, end of day 3 has me on 5374 words. I'm not nearly as fast as other people are, but I'm happy with the pace I'm keeping. If I manage to keep this up, I'll definitely be able to reach 50 thousand by the end of the month. =) Should everything go well tomorrow, I should write the chapter in which the important stuff starts happening. How is everyone else doing? Hit me up if there is anything I can do to help!

Woohoo! Go @Shades!

I'm finally at the important part of my story but I have things to do before I can continue D:

EDIT/UPDATE: 9181 words and I've come across a problem (of the good kind ^_^). One of my characters is having problems with another and causing a whole other plot point! Yay!

So my plot has exploded and is now going off in five different directions at once. It started off with such a simple plot, one team accidentally ends up in the universe of another. They work together to reopen the portals and they go home. Naturally there was some problems between characters stirring, and more likely to happen in the future.

Now I have multiple teams from five universes getting involved as the original two play the jump through the portals trying to find the way home game. My muse and I are on separated thoughts about this.

But at the end of the day I got 13215 words!

Woah, keep it up :D

I've decided to skip out on NaNo this year, after some thought. I have too much going on right now and can't really focus :/

So with Camp NaNoWriMo starting up tomorrow, I thought I'd poke around and see if anyone else is up for the challenge...or if I'm in my own sinking canoe with no paddle haha!

Completely and totally did not mean to post in this thread three times in a row...my bad !uhh

But....with NaNo now less than a month away, anyone thinking of joining in on this month of crazy (and sometimes nonsense) writing?

I probably won't be attempting NaNo this year :/

I have too many other things going on.

I won't have time. I'll be out of town for the first two weeks. Though I do have a book lined up... ugh...
