It's better to get your sleep when you need it. My professors from my college and from readings a few articles it was highly suggested that if you had to chose between studying late nights vs. getting your sleep then you get your sleep.

Determined? Aw, thanks. That's pretty good you're able to take advantage of the fitness center whenever you're staying at a hotel. All that wonderful determination and dedication to exercising is gone when I'm on vacation at the expos especially when I'm not feeling well today. Lol!
Keep up the great job bizarre1! If you feel like it's working, simply from a stroll, then continue it :D
