So, Viktor is very wealthy and has a large portion if the oligarchy on his payroll. His empire is a huge drug importer and controls the country via the cartel and crooked nobleman. The other nations agree that it is time that he and his empire are brought down. They are have enlisted their two best spies to take him down. Only the catch is they don't know they are both on the same job yet and when they find out they aren't so happy. But they eventually decide they are stronger together and team up.
