LMAO, sorry, was out for a while. If he has seen someone die (not someone dead, he has to have seen the person actually die), then yes.

They have to have acknowledged and internally dealt with the death, going through the grieving cycle, as well. That's extended stuff though, not explained in the books. I have too much free time xD

I didn't forget about this, just having a hard time having an idea about something to post. I think I'll put this on hold, until I can get any idea. I would say I'd reboot it, but I guess everyone is kind of sick of me rebooting this rp, so I guess I'll just leave it here and see what I can do.
