General Information:

  • Name: Alexander Lancaster
  • Alias: Abomination/ Half-Caste / Race-Traitor/ Alex
  • Age: 94
  • Gender: Male
  • Sexuality: Pansexual
  • Birthplace: Allied Republic of Djedd - Corstanza

Genealogy:
Alex is the son of a wayward immaculate and one of her human servants from before the war which
preceded the current one. Where normally the immaculate pursue perfection in their scientific endeavors, Alex's mother pursued perfect aesthetic beauty in the form of various artworks, from sculptures, to fashion, to paintings, holographic projections of fourth dimensional colours and sounds, and even human slaves. Each of the slaves dressed like dolls to cater to her more 'noire' art, comparing the immaculate perfection to a strictly lesser counterpart. The woman, though wretched, was known to be far less so than some of the puritans which existed in their society.

Alexs' father, was one of her many artworks, a thinking war piece, and former soldier that had once hunted the immaculate before he and his small pocket of a resistance at the time was systematically crushed by her guard as they had attempted to attack her building. Their punishment, was either death, or to be put on display until they had the chance to escape. Luckily for Alex' father, the war came, mankind united against the immaculate, and a massive assault on the city gave him the chance to rebel against his master, overpowering the non-combatant, and conceiving a child in a single, swift act of vengeance...

Alexs' mother survived the attack and fled in her transport until the republic of Djedd was founded, and she was one of the first immaculate to achieve residency with the first wave of refugees. The time there was uneasy, but, as the natural birth grew within her, she felt a strange perfection as her flawless body came to true genetic maturity through pregnancy, a state she described only as enlightenment. Since then, Alexs' mother has dedicated her mind and body into aiding the Republic of Djedd in its efforts, while Alex's Father, he has never truly known. Alexs' mother has with her an incredible god complex, where she believes herself to be the greatest living being on the earth, but, rather than the need to rule, she wields benevolence, where being greater means to take others under her wing, to nurture all lesser than her, and help them succeed.

Physical Appearance:

  • Age Appears: 36
  • Race: Half Immaculate || Half Human
  • Height: 6'3”
  • Weight: 102kg
  • Physique: Ripped and masculine, detracting from any feminine beauty or attractiveness he could posses. His muscle is very firmly defined without being bulgy and cumbersome.

  • Hair: Short and very dark brown, his fringe and hair fall to cheekbone length save for a very long plated ponytail which leads to the base of his back.
  • Eyes: Fractals of azure blue, betwixt its many shades like a raw crystal, fractured and fragmented, though glimmering. It seems as if the kaleidoscope like patterns change depending on the angle they are observed from or the light which is subjected to them.
  • Skin: A mix of scar tissue, and tanned from many burns, though his skin was once a light olive.
  • Scars: Many cuts, burns and shrapnel wounds speckled over much of his body from an extended combat lifestyle, he's missing a single eye with a bad burn mark on his upper face.
  • Other: Alex is also missing his left arm.

Visage:

Alex is not a pretty person to look at, he's a tall, muscular man who over his decades of military service has managed to accrue more than just a few wounds in the line of duty. From head to toe, Alex has very dark, near black, brunette hair which the fringe of falls down slightly over his eyes to his cheek-bones. The back of his hair is tied up in a long plat ponytail which falls down to the base of his spine. His eye, isn't human, many colours of blue construct his iris which form into fractal like patterns which seem to be ever shifting and moving to the stimuli of light. His other eye is missing entirely, surrounded by a scar of a third degree burn, but is covered by a triangular eye patch which the three leather straps of wrap around the top of his head on the far side and either side of his ear on the other. Unkempt stubble usually graces his chin, black, unlike the colour of his hair, with a single, stress white line of it beneath the burn of his wounded eye.

Alex wears a high collared, black military great coat which bears few of the badges which he cares to display. One of the sleeves of the coat is pinned up due to his lack of an arm. Under the heavy, weighted long coat, he usually wears a skin tight bodysuit which is deep purple down the chest, back and fronts of the thighs and black to either of its sides and remainder of the suit. Over his only hand he wears a single matching pilots glove while over the lower portion of the bodysuit, he wears loose fitting purple DPM camouflage army gi, hitched with a steel sectioned utility belt with black leather steel capped army boots.

Equipment:

  • Combat Helmet: Dragunov
    The Dragunov is a combat helmet made to the specifications of Alexs' Mecha, Castiel. The combat helm runs on flawless synapse technology, the entire surface of the helmet is a synthetic neural synapse which reacts to external stimuli, slowing the wearer's perception of time during high speed movement, so that the pilot is able to react accordingly. Though it does not increase the pilots ability to move, just because the wearer is able to see and react to something at superhuman speeds, does not mean the pilot can move physically fast enough to avoid all incoming forces. The helmet also boasts a H.U.D. with basic sight / data analysis / computer functions and operates as a gas mask, it also uses a depth function and visual functions to make up for Alexs' missing eye.

  • Fragment Axe:
    Alexs weapon of choice, after the loss of his eye was a combat axe which is 66cm long (2 feet.) with a curved, long, Viking like head with a pic on the reverse end. The axe is made of a chromatic material which vastly superior to iron, and more in tune with Titanium 38. However, the chrome axe holds a secret, the metal of the axe is alloyed with a tiny 0.01% shard of Castiels core, giving it some of the properties of the Mechas' radiance and the ability to shred armours of even vastly superior materials as if they were not even in its way. The axe is also placed into the control interface as Castiels' key, as it completes the core of the angel and allows Castiel to operate. The axe is balanced for throwing and has a lightweight carbon cord attached to its hilt for easy pull-back returns.

  • Immaculate Pistol:
    A light-weight, chromatic pistol used by the Immaculate commanders during the war with mankind, firing powerful armour-piercing chargeable electrical plasma at machine-gun speeds, the trigger of the weapon can be held to 'charge' a concentrated bolt of electrical plasma which creates a shot more like an electrical charge of C4 exploding on contact. The pistol is outfitted with an attachment under the barrel for a grappling hook / tactical ammunition and does not require ammunition. Although, the source of the plasma is deceptive, charged by controlled volatile molecules which reduce to the smallest state of matter, but continue to divide, reconstituting constantly as they duplicate. The firearm channels the raw energy and the charged particles into electrical plasma as only the excess that is duplicated is ever discharged.

  • Utility (Combat) belt:
    A simple enough piece of equipment, each of the compartments and holsters on the chromatic belt has useful gadgets and equipment for a multitude of purposes, though, unlike the utility belts of others, this particular specimen is outfitted with equipment specifically for combat and the elimination of threats. The contents consist of: Sleeping gas pellets (20) deadly neurotoxin smoke pellets(20), smoke pellets(20), flash pellets(20), a deceptively long carbon fiber rope strong enough to use as a grappling rope and thin enough for a garotte (20'), explosive gel-1Ib enough to replicate 10 grenades, a pistol holster, spare ammunition (Gravitational Crushing (5) Incendiary (5), Acidic (5), and Charged Taser Rounds (5).). Small detachable spiked grappling pick, Six, one-foot-long throwing knives. an Armoured / insulated glove and small energy shield generator. Each compartment of the belt Alex recognizes due to subtle brail markings etched onto each of the separate cases with code-words he is familiar with, rather than simple markings.

Personality:
Alex has a rather dark personality, his humor is normally marinated in social faux-pas, making jokes at the likes of death, war, maiming and the likes, backed up by him not being the most tolerant person in the Allied Republic, there is a lot that gets on his nerves, but, thankfully, he is not without some self control. Alex is a bit of a mans' man and a fighter at heart, he sees a persons self determination as a sign of strength, regardless as to whether or not they have the ability to follow through with their determination. His moral compass is reasonably strong in sheer juxtaposition to the others, while he has no qualm with killing on the battlefield, the thought of people killing children, or women, disgusts him, and sparks an almost berserker like craving for vengeance.

Alex can come across to some people as very confrontational, and though his use of foul language and very open demeanor, bluntly stating his opinions and thoughts without any regard for the feelings or actions of others. The truth of the matter however is far less concrete or simple, Alex's never truly looking for a fight or conflict, so much as he has a habit of talking in time with his over analysing brain, to the extent of often talking to himself constantly. This antisocial behaviour has gotten himself into many more fights than have ever needed to come to pass, not all of which he has won, but many which he has managed to hold his own in.

After his wounds were received and after he died, Alex has grown into a bitter and resentful man who holds nothing but ire and disdain for the current world, but, smart enough to know that he still has a place in it. Loosing his arm and eye has has a significant effect on his psychological condition, making him an angrier, and far more straightforward, often escalating things quickly rather than beating around the bush with slow elevations.

  • Affinities:
    Alex, after long years in the conflicts which surround the world, has grown to admire and long for the small reprieves and times of silence he can experience. The feeling of solitude is calming to him, though he has no taste for flowers or softer things, simply being alone in a silent place, is peaceful to Alex, allowing him to loose himself in his memories of the past, and reflect on the kind of person he is, and how he needs to change, which, is therapeutic for him and helps Alex de-stress... Alex likes people who are able to take a joke, take a drink, take a punch and not be taken advantage of. So he praises resilience and power of will over power of body, and those who are perhaps able to take his own sense of politically incorrect humour in stride or even accept. He likes people he finds himself on equal footing with, be it intellectually, physically, or socially, just like any other person...

    Finally, but certainly not the least of things, his respect and love of his mother, Alex is somewhat of a mothers boy, and he treasures his time with his over three century old Immaculate mother. Able to pull him from the darkest of places with but a word of her voice, able to get through all of his stubbornness with a single shred of her wisdom. The love spans from a tale of how she carried him to Corstanza, and how, even though he was half human, she never treated him as a wretched or imperfect being, but as the catalyst to her own perfection, meaning, unlike many in this war torn time. Alex had a very pleasant, and loved childhood, thanks to this single woman.

  • Distastes:
    Alex is by no means a fan of magic, though it does not effect him as badly as other immaculate, magic puts him on edge, viewing it as an obstacle he has to overcome with his own physical and mental performance, though, it can be a stressful stimulation. Alex does not understand the physics behind beings like the Djinni, which causes him to become stressed, and ultimately frustrated at the fact he is stressed. The angrier Alex becomes, the more reckless he becomes which often leads him to getting himself in trouble... Worse than magic, Alex has a strong moral compass and hates those who breach it. The murder of innocent, especially children or refugees running from war triggers Alex into action, often lashing out, even in his disabled state... Alex also has a distaste for the wretched and the imperfect which still to date crusade on their genocide against the immaculate, due to their blind ignorance, even though in some ways, the sheer stubbornness of the wretched merely mirror his own convictions. Alex does not do well with other people like himself.

  • Phobias:
    The worst of all Alexs' fears is the loss of the city and the people he grew up around, in this day and age where people live under the thumb of those who control the covenants, he lives in persistent fear that one day, the near limitless power of one of the mighty godlike machines would wipe clean the society and people who Alex lived with and loved, including his buddies, acquaintances and his Mother... Other than his fear of loss, Alex has a more recent pyrophobia after his Mecha was destroyed in combat, the flame which engulfed him and the shrapnel which peppered his body, removed his arm and impaled his skull through his eye. Since his revival, fire serves as a catalyst to the trauma he undertook, and although he has had countless sessions of therapy to mask the symptoms, fire can cause flashbacks, severe distress and even panic. The amount of fire it takes depends on the severity, but, if his mecha were surrounded in flames for more than a few moments, it would cause him to break his mental composure,

  • Motivations:
    Alexs' drive originated from the pressure of his station as a half immaculate, knowing that his special standing means that he has a personal stake in the winner of the war, a cause he has already dedicated one life into. Driven by a desire to outperform all other competition and to secure the safety of the people closest to himself... However in recent times his noble goals warped and twisted into an enjoyment of the feelings of power and ability he receives while moving at top speed in his mecha, relishing the opportunities to push himself and his body to dangerous limits and fueled with the passion of discovering exactly what an immaculate hybrid is capable of achieving... His only other goal involves a manhunt for the pilot of the Mecha Uriel, which is credited with his murder and defeat in combat. The powerful, near-Herald level Mecha which devastated Alex, piloted by an ace wretched amongst the equalist coalition. A part of Alex truly believes that he, nor his Mecha can be redeemed or conquer their fears until the 'sword of god' lies as shattered as he once was.

Personal Beliefs:
Alex believes the war to be the last great struggle mankind needs to go through to realize its true position on this world, believing that the winner of this war is irrelevant in the long run, so long as there is a winner. After the transhumanist ascendancy almost destroyed the world, the winning faction between the three he believes fight to re-create the world in their own image, be it one of theocracy and knowledge, one of strength and control, or one of acceptance and egalitarianism, all three values he believes has their merits, as well as their flaws, his positon with the A.R.J is just a matter of him not having a place in the prior two of the three, leaving him to fight for his own survival and the survival of his mother, but meaning he bears no immediate grudges to any of the other sides, knowing that in a war there will be other sides, rivalries and soldiers of circumstance, as well as their own subjective opinions, which is not something that sparks Alex's ire intrinsically.

Alex also believes that a weapon is a weapon, regardless of its prior use, meaning, unlike much of the world which still holds a sore spot when it comes to the immaculate, Alex holds no qualm with using immaculate weaponry and integrating them with his mecha, nor using them on his person.

On the notion of the Sephirot and the Qlipoth, Alex believes them to be something beyond his understanding, he doesn't know where the cores for the Mecha came from, other than that they were summoned by great Magi, and he knows them to be powerful. Alex believes each Mecha to be alive in some way, regarding them with the same sort of reverence as some cultures revere spirits or ancestors, leaving him to openly talk to his Mecha and those of others as if they were living, breathing organisms.

Powers & Abilities:
Alex has the privilege of having the best of both worlds when it comes to being a living person on this earth, his abilities stem from him being a natural hybrid between the magically inclined human race, and the genetically superior race of the Immaculate. Meaning that he has the genetic template to properly wield both the technology of the flawless and the soul to pilot the devastating Angel/ Demon powered Mecha.

As ½ immaculate, Alex has a herculean physique and operates and reacts on a level superior to his pure human counterparts, although a little slower and worse than his Immaculate sires. Alexs' vision is akin to most scoped rifles, his eye has an inbuilt membranous film to shield it from harsh light. The muscle over his body as well as his bone structure is denser and stronger than a normal humans, making him capable of lifting just over a metric tonne when he had both arms without annihilating himself. As well as having an extended lifespan, projected to sit at approximately 314 years of age.

Mentally, Alex does not forget, he boasts an eidetic memory which is able to recall on information rapidly even from his earliest childhood memories and vivid dreams, combined with his abnormally high brain function, reaction time, and motor skills, statistically, Alex is well above the curve compared to even well trained human soldiers or prolific mathematicians, scientists and even some computers, although his thinking processes are limited to logical deduction and reason, and fail in the face of the abstract.

In earnest, Alexs' capabilities are almost as frightening as the immaculate which bought him into the world, though weaker, this gap is filled with his versatility, still honoring the statement that the Immaculate were once a successful attempt at a perfect human-being.

History:
Alex was raised as a citizen of the republic of Djedd, as the prodigal son of his Immaculate mother, and sire of his family name, he was treated as royalty, taught to read and write from the moment he moved past his own sensorimotor phase of cognitive development. He excelled at most of what he put his mind to, learning to read and write in days and picking up his own native language as well as the languages of the people around him relatively quickly from reading through a couple of Thesaurus. From this point, his understanding of the world expanded out in bursts of understanding, moving from an egocentric to altruistic mindset within his first decade of life, being able to understand complex abstract concepts before he was ten, he was raised in an authoritative, borderline permissive environment, his mother allowed him to almost perform any act, as she took pride in his development as a free entity. It was this kindness, acceptance and unconditional love from his mother that spurred Alex into joining military academies at the age of fifteen, at his first entrance he signed his declaration of service as:

“Life”

Where normally a member of the republic would sign for no more than a handful of years, and an aspiring mech pilot would give little more than a decade, and renew it if they ever wished to continue or enjoyed their line of work. Though, as much as the military themselves attempted to reject the offer, Alexs' mother supported the decision with all of her power and influence, claiming that he would be a soldier and a pilot which the A.R.J. could invest in, someone who would raise through the ranks and truly be able to do good for the republic and their way of life as an aspect pilot. Since that debate, Alexs' life was never quite the same again... He took to his training, learning about his body and combat under a commander for a group of assassins who worked to destabilise and diffuse skirmishes by eliminating commanders, generals, and leaders before battles even occurred.

By the time he was twenty years old he was already piloting a high speed 'Fiend' class mecha, as his incredible processing speed and reaction time allowed him to perceive the world perfectly even at incredible speeds. It was in this mecha that he assisted the A.R.J. in battles, striking from the sky as the entourage of his captain with a handful of other pilots as they plunged head-first into battlefields to eliminate key targets. All the while, back at the base, Alex continued his training under several teachers amongst his peers, and studying his enemies. However, all was not smooth sailing for the pilot. Several instances of being shot down over battlefields, failed missions-a-plenty and a constant level of prejudice against his race led Alex to becoming a harder person, having lost friends and suffered his own wounds in the line of duty. Alex used his money as a servant of the Armed forces to equip himself with potent technology remade with the knowledge gained by de-constructing Immaculate technology, including a pistol, and even a targeting visor.

It took 24 years in the service of the A.R.J. for them to award Alex with an Aspect Mecha, a powerful machine by the name of Castiel, 'The shield of god.' It was in piloting Castiel, that Alex finally began to learn his limits as a mortal being, the machine capable of blatantly out-speeding even his own reaction times and operating at incredible levels. Knowing he needed an upgrade, Alex had a helmet commissioned from the same technology as the flawless to enhance his ability to drive the mecha, replacing his own visor, and also commissioned a Throwing-axe from the machines' core, as a safety feature and a key, meaning one could only pilot Castiel once the pried the axe from his cold dead fingers.

With Castiel at his command, and able to wield it appropriately, Alex became a presence on the battlefields he was in, moving up to a low level command position himself,. Time passed with little movement, Alex refused to rise to a non-combat role in the battlefield, stunting his military growth, but, his increasing prowess was rewarded with upgrades to the Castiel model, enhancing the machine with weapons also derived from his heritage as an Immaculate. Alex was fixated on pushing his limits forward to forge a bright future for himself and the people who would look up to him as a hero, with his new found glory he would finally dispel the tarnished name the Immaculate once had!

But, his plan went awfully awry.

He was 86 years old on the battlefield that Uriel was fielded as the honour-guard of an Equalist Union General. Confronted by Castiel equipped with technology reverse engineered from Immaculate weaponry and piloted by a half Immaculate pilot, Alex was met by an opponent with magic, speed, and skill comparable to his own, but a raw, primal fury which in his present state he was not fit to match. The nearing Herald power Mecha with its flaming sword ripped Castiel in two, barely missing its core, but the slight fracture in the cockpit was enough for shrapnel to pepper the cockpit, and the pilot. Sleg ripping one of Alex's arms from his body entirely, while shrapnel through his eye, and other locations was more than enough to kill him quickly and painfully after a few, dazed and confused moments.

It was when he died that something sparked within him, with all of his knowledge, he discovered the presence of his own soul in that brief, out of body experience before his soul passed on...

But as the lines of battle moved, the enemy was forced to retreat not long after Alexs' death, allowing his mecha and himself to be recovered and revived by a combat mage on the front-lines, pulling him back from the shackles of death, he was revived and reborn in a pool of his own blood, free from his 'life' contract. No longer a part of the military, Castiel received enough repairs to become operational again, though the loss and the fire of its opponent effected its own core, causing it to fall to a Qlipoth alignment, vastly weakening the supporting systems which supported a lot of its own weaponry, speed, and even its own radiance ability, from a barrier to a sword... Additionally Alex changed after being faced with his own death, requiring several years of counselling to come to terms with this far more human side of himself, his fear of death, as well as the fear of the unknown that comes after, two things that all the preparation in the world from his completely logical Immaculate mother could not prepare him for.

Serving now as more of a mercenary among the A.R.J. declaring little more than mission at a time to the military, Alex is a changed man, more bitter and immoral than he once was. He still fights to protect the people around him, but now, on his own terms and conditions, rather than readily trusting the orders of unknown factors.

Mecha:

  • Name: Castiel (Fallen)
  • Class: Aspect
  • Height: 35m (114 feet / 12 stories)
  • Alignment: Qlipoth
  • Sphere: Chaigadel (Formerly – Chochmah)
  • M.E.ngine: Removed, and replaced with an anti-gravity engine.

"TLDR:" | +
Medium-light mecha built for speed and high damage, has medium energy shield, really powerful handgun, anti-gravity magic, sword, and cluster lasers on its back which can fly and move REALLY fast, with all the things it needs to deal with its speed and turn real fast. But, cos it turned bad, it's been drastically weakened, also, floating mines and machine guns! Cos reasons

Radiance Ability:

Able to produce a field around its own weaponry which gives them the ability to defy the laws of physics, including friction, acceleration, mass, gravity and equivalent force. Though the radiance can only enhance one weapon system at a time, and must be actively switched from weapon to weapon by the user. Melee weapons gain incredible penetrating ability, able to cut through almost all non-magical armour, and if thrown have no maximum velocity. While ranged weapons are granted the same properties as well as no fall off.

Armour:

Armour Class: Light

Castiel boasts light plated armour, capable of being penetrated by sustained fire from even light mecha weapons, however, this armour is slightly stronger at the front of the mecha, requiring either dedicated light weapons or medium weapons to penetrate. Aside from this, Castiel is particularly notable for a medium powered skin-tight energy shield, which acts as its primary defense. Although it is able to be broken by sustained medium power Mech weapons or easily by heavy weapons.

Weapons:

Weapon Class: Mixed Melee // Ranged

  • Twin-linked Vulcan cannons:
    Head mounted, Light Mecha class machine guns which are mainly used for missile interception, but can be employed as a light weapon, capable of dealing some damage to lightly armoured mecha or more damage to smaller mechs.

  • Sword:
    A one handed sword which stands half the height of the mecha, the weapon is the first of the reverse engineered Immaculate technology, giving the weapon the ability to create gravitation fields around itself to increase the speed and weight of its attacks in tandem with the mecha's sword swings to devastate and overpower opponents. (Although this additional effect is weakened by Castiel's Qlipoth alignment, halving its power.)

  • Smite:
    The dedicated function of Castiel's left arm, a black and red medium armoured monolith like structure which 'opens' to reveal a hand-cannon. The release of this weapon creates a 200m field of anti-gravity which can render other mecha immobile due to the naked gravity emitter which powers the cannon. After a 5 second charge, the hand cannon can fire a single devastating blast of focused gravimetric force comparable to stronger rail-guns. The incredibly focused pressure ripping through almost anything in its path at incredible speeds. The power source of this cannon, can also power the other Anti-gravity functions in the mecha, albeit weakly. Smite can also 'overdrive' by tapping into the larger anti gravity source of Castiels G.E.ngine, increasing the power and size of the beam it fires, but doing so renders 'smite' in need of repairs, and unusable. (Although the gravity engine is weakened by Castiel's Qlipoth alignment, halving its power.)

  • The Immaculate Halo:
    A levitating mechanical ring which floats aloft at Castiels' back, linked to Castiel by magnetism and powered by a fusion of anti-gravity and kinetic energy which charges up within the ring constantly once the weapon is activated, causing it to spin. Depending on how much power is stored, the ring opens a number of 'vents' to release plasma on pre-predicted paths as a cluster weapon, capable of firing anywhere between 30-200 medium powered targeted plasma bolts. (Although the gravity engine is weakened by Castiel's Qlipoth alignment, halving its power.)

  • Mine layer:
    The right arm and the back of Castiel holds compartments capable of deploying electro-magnetic floating mines which hang aloft along Castiel's path, or can be thrown as metal seeking projectiles if deployed by its arm. Activated after a short delay so that they do not track onto Castiel they can be shut down or detonated by remote, but by default, detonate on contact.

Support Systems:

  • G.E.ngine:
    Rather then having a M.E.ngine like most other Mecha, Castiel uses an Anti-Gravity engine which allows the mecha to project small fields of anti-gravity or increase the potency of normal gravity in small areas for a variety of effects. Combined with the spin of the halo and movement thrusters for direction, and routing the power of the G.E.ngine through the shield, Castiel is capable of high speed flight. It's also capable of powering some of its other weapons like 'Smite' or even project it onto other areas to immobilize non-flight capable enemies with beams of purple light or even crush/ repulse mecha and weapons with dome like repulses of energy. (Although the gravity engine is weakened by Castiel's Qlipoth alignment, making it comparable with a light magic engine, opposed to a medium one.)

  • Advanced Tracking / Targeting system:
    Castiel's targeting system is incredibly sophisticated due to the mechas' high speed nature. Able to predict and target objects moving at vastly impossible speeds.

  • Advanced Movement Thrusters:
    Tactically placed thrusters over Castiel to assist at high speed movement and flight, making Castiel to be able to make hard up to 130 degree turns near instantly. Placed on each major limb, as well as the thighs, upper-arms and back.

At the core of Noah's appearance are the depths of apathy that seem to almost drip from his skin. Gray haired and dull eyed, Noah is a man who has little if any passion for life. He is averagely proportioned, perhaps even a little small compared to his soldier comrades. His messy dark gray mane precludes, instantly, any bright or happy thoughts when looking at Noah's visage. As one continues from his hair they will see it masks a pair of dreary red eyes, beneath which dark rings are obvious signs of a man who doesn't sleep nearly enough. Noah's facial features are soft and unassuming. Noah could best be summed up, at a glance, as a mostly forgettable soldier-type who has seen more than his fair share of war.

In his fashion sense, Noah favours clothes that don't take a lot of effort. When he is not on duty he usually can be seen in some combination of a t-shirt and dark jeans. Often bare-footed if inside he can occasionally be spotted in a pair of black military boots. When Noah pilots or is on duty he wears a trademark black bodysuit. The heavy leather-looking suit is covered in various pockets and openings to allow the biological interfaces with his Mecha. It has heavy straps canvassing its exterior and a hood which is more often than not, pulled down.

Peak Human Physique – Noah is in almost perfect physical condition. His stamina, strength, agility, reflexes, senses and speed are well beyond that which would be expected of Olympic competitors in the field in which they apply.

Phenomenal intelligence, recognition and observation - Noah's brain functions at far greater efficiency than normal people, Noah’s abilities to accrue, process and act on information and outward stimuli are highly advanced. His brain essentially works with exceptional efficiency. He is able to solve complicated mathematical equations very easily possesses of a perfectly attuned mental calender and clock.

Prodigal Pilot - Maybe above all else, Noah is an exceptional pilot. He has spent much of his life with the finest tutors within the Adherents of Sophia and has analysed thousands of recorded Mecha battles and run countless simulations in order to hone his skills as a pilot. He seems to have a passion for piloting that borders on obsession, though this passion may be born from the circumstances surrounding his training.

ImageImage{ PERSONA//OVERVIEW }

Above all else, Noah favors pragmatism. He likes to get things done, get them done now, get them done quick, and move on to the next task. He is not, and in truth, has never been one for taking the long way even if it means the path of least resistance. Though against overwhelming odds, his pragmatic nature overcomes his desire for efficiency. It just so happens that pragmatism and efficiency tend to go hand in hand.

In his interpersonal relationships, Noah can come off as disinterested, this is perhaps because he finds it hard to stop focusing. He is an incredibly driven individual and finds it hard to function without a goal to achieve or a task to perform, because of this, he actively seeks out activities to complete, or at the very least, a puzzle to work on. Coming full circle, this results in him always being focused on something else and often coming off as distant to his peers. This is not the signs of someone cold or unfeeling, but rather of a boy raised to be a soldier, always with an order to follow.

While performing any sort of task with a group, this focus increases ten fold, but, curiously, the distance he displays towards others around him decreases in the same way. This is due to the nature of tasks which require teamwork, that nature being that they do require teamwork. This allows Noah to focus also on the interpersonal nature of the task, almost justifying the social aspect which his mind cannot normally justify. Though, despite his predisposition to teamwork in those such situations, Noah also exhibits competitive traits. Always wanting to be recognized as having done the task in the best way, or completed his portion with greatest efficiency.

Due to his extreme focus, he can be snippy at times, often lashing out against people who pester him out of a puzzle, or impede him while he is performing a task. This is a habit which he himself doesn't find too terrible, in fact, he sees it as an assertion of his dedication in the face of adversity. His accepting nature of what is his most obvious character flaw has resulted in him becoming quite nonchalant about being blunt and honest, sometimes without regard for feelings. Though he only tends to interact with others while performing a task, he is quick to criticize, despite the fact he knows he would catch more flies with honey than with vinegar.

ImageImage{ OVERVIEW }
The son of a prominent arch-wizard, Noah is genetically predisposed to magical prowess and has received all the proper training needed to allow that potential to flourish. Noah is skilled at many aspects of wizardry and though he is a pilot and soldier first, he, as all of his order, was trained to use magic as well as possible through the M-Engines of Mecha in order to gain an edge in combat. Noah has chosen to pursue this use of magic more than any other. He is not as skilled at complicated rituals, divination or mental magic as some of the others in the Adherents but he is immensely skilled with basic casting and offensive, destructive magics.

By and large, Noah uses what many expert wizards in the order refer to as 'vulgar' magic. This means to say that he does what he does without regard to subtlety or nuance that some wizards prize in their spell-casting. Noah does utilize two specific schools of non-vulgar magic however.

ImageImage{ ELEMENTALIST }
Noah's main prowess is a strong command over the elements, namely electricity, flame and wind. In general, Noah can perform any sort of basic offensive spell-casting while commanding any of his three main elements on the fly. This ranges anywhere from exuding a swathe of flame from his palms to wash an area in fire and burn his enemies alive to calling down lightning strikes from the sky with a command of electrical energy. Ninety percent of the time, Noah uses these skills while piloting his Mecha through the M-Engine that allows him to augment his spell-casting to larger scales by using the war machine as a catalyst. This means that in addition to any weapons that his Mecha possesses, Noah can also weave his elementalism through its body as if it were his own. Such techniques have, in the past, proven to be invaluable to catching opponents off guard if they themselves to not command magic in this way.

ImageImage{ TELEKINETIC }
Perhaps the most vulgar of all magical techniques, telekinesis allows Noah to move and manipulate objects through thought, lifting, repelling and launching things at various speeds. Unlike his elementalism, Noah rarely uses this magic through his M-Engine while piloting, preferring this as his go-to spell-casting method for ground combat. Noah is proficient enough in telekinesis to ward off medium amounts of gunfire and hurl objects around the size of a small car or destabilize larger military hardware by tipping them or turning them violently in one direction or another.

ImageImage{ SUMMONER }
The first of Noah's two schools of non-vulgar magic that he practices regularly is Summoning. In general, Noah uses this form of magic for transportation of munitions or additional power cells while he pilots and as such generally applies this method through his M-Engine. Much like almost every pilot among the Adherents, this is the standard method that wizards across the order use for transporting things in the heat of combat. Noah has also been known to use this spell-casting to summon his familiar from remote locales and occasionally he calls other bound creatures through summoning to aid him on the battlefield, whether as a distraction or a companion.

ImageImage{ SEALER }
Sealing or binding is the art that wizards use to knit themselves closer with their Djinni familiars. Sealing can take many forms but usually comes in the form of making pacts with entities, offering something in exchange for services. Noah has one such familiar who he has made a pact with, an Efreet by the name of Amen who has been his familiar for going on thirteen years. In addition to Amen, who is a companion more than a servant, Noah has bound various animals and creatures to his service who he can summon with a few moments notice and some preparation to aid him in ground combat or sway the tide of a Mecha battle.

Image

ImageImage{ ARKHE }
The designation for Noah's piloting body suit, Arkhe is largely bullet and laser proof, able to absorb heat through nano-rods woven into the fabric and then use that heat to power its other systems. It is mostly heat resistant and also functions as emergency, short-term life support. The suit was made for Noah specifically to integrate with his unique piloting method and thus many of its functions are tied directly into his biology and while it would function at a base level for another person of similar size, they would not reap the full benefits of its technology. The threads are enchanted and self repairing, able to regenerate from gaping holes in a matter of minutes. Dampening padding allows Noah to withstand massive g-force while he wears it, making it perfect for piloting in chaotic battles where a cockpit may become unstable or knocked around at sudden angles. Even with severe injuries or broken bones the suit can allow Noah enough stability to run away from a fight or deliver a finishing blow and the life-support is sophisticated enough that were he to suffer a thorough defeat he could likely be extracted from any wreckage he found himself in before he died completely. Other than this, the suit provides some limited utility functions such as the hood's design being made specifically for attaching to the helmet Noah wears while piloting (which is also part of the Arkhe system), forming an airtight container within which he has oxygen and all HUDs he requires for operating his Mecha. Beyond this the suit is acclimatized to allow Noah to comfortably traverse many weather conditions and has a limited cloaking function for infiltration and escape.

ImageImage{ SCHRODINGER }
The Schrodinger is a handgun issued to Noah by the council which he serves. It is an experimental gravitational particle beam emitter which functions similarly to a railgun in that it does not use traditional means of propulsion though instead of using magnetism to fire a shell or rod it utilizes gravitational energy to fire a potent laser-like beam of energy. The beam itself persists for roughly three and a half seconds after being fired, meaning it can be dragged in an arc in order to combat moving targets or many foes in one direction, or even slice limbs or pieces off of military hardware.

ImageImage{ DEMIURGE }
Demiurge is Noah's dedicated heavy weapon. It is a high-powered railgun rifle which uses two foot long rods as ammunition. The rifle is lightweight and able to propel its ammunition with such force that it would easily make scrap metal out of several heavily armored vehicles with a single round. It needs to be reloaded between each shot. The scope on the rifle has an advanced targeting HUD which allows Noah to take into account any number of environmental variables as well as use various modes of light to see in different conditions. The rifle is usually only used when Noah is on a mission as a ground soldier or performing assassination or infiltration as it cannot be easily stored in the cockpit of his Mecha.

ImageImage{ ROSIER }
The sword that Noah carries on his person at almost all times is named Rosier. The sword is roughly five feet in length and about four inches wide, bladed on only one edge. The sword is thicker on the blunt edge than the sharp edge, giving it a triangular quality. Noah requisitioned a sword when he was first assigned to Black Ops and he was given the blade by the order's council. Though he is aware that it was locked up in one of their vaults, Noah has no idea of its origin and theorizes it was technology from before the fall of the Immaculate. First and foremost, Rosier is an exceedingly sharp blade capable of cutting through most metals with relative ease, depending on the force with which it is swung. The true power of Rosier comes from the small button on the top of its hilt which causes the sword to open up into three parts and is able to generate a Singularity which, not unlike a black hole, draws nearby matter into its core and rips it into light which it absorbs to power an energy weapon which, after three seconds of the Singularity being active, emits a pulse of energy in all directions that is not usually deadly but can knock a man off his feet or break bones.

ImageImage{ AESTHETICS }
Amen is an imposing presence even among his kind. Tall, muscular and brimming with flame Amen is probably the textbook example of a proud and powerful male Efreet. In his normal form, Amen stands at a towering height of around seventeen feet (though Djinni are able to change size at will, so he will appear smaller as permits) and his exceedingly bulky musculature is a constant reminder of his superhuman physiology. Amen possesses a long mane of fiery red hair that flows around the entirety of his body and is interspersed with woven coins, treasures, beads and scrolls. Beneath his hair is a face which is almost demonic in appearance with four horns framing a bearded face and jaw which opens to reveal a forked tongue brimming with primordial fire.

Amen does not wear clothes but is often covered in various golden ritual bands and wrappings of red and blue beads. His trunk-like arms are long and apex in hands which are large enough to scoop a man up and crush him in their clawed grip. For those who have never seen a being like Amen before, as many outside of the Adherents never have, he can be difficult to feel comfortable around. His skin is hot to the touch, enough to burn human skin with prolonged contact and he permeates an aura of flame and heat around him at nearly all times, often leaving fiery footprints and trails in the wake of his commanding gait.

Like all of his species, Amen possesses a war form transformation to use in larger scale battles. When Amen transforms it is a terrifying sight to behold. Amen's regular form is a presence in its own right but upon transforming he takes on an appearance nothing less than infernal. His hair, red as it is, alights into a blazing inferno of rolling flame and he grows to a size on par with many of the Mecha that are used throughout the world's battlefields. He rides atop a tornado of fire and lightning and spews forth the aforementioned in all directions as he moves. His horns grow to be shadowy monoliths and his claws lengthen and drip with lava. Though rarely utilized, Amen's war form can tip the scale of even the most desperate battles in Noah's favor.

ImageImage{ PERSONA }
Almost no Efreets are praised for the nuance and Amen is no exception. Amen is a bold creature who is as strong as he is boastful. He often tells tales of his conquests across time and regales Noah with stories of heroism. When Noah was a boy and had only Amen for company, the Efreet would lull the young soldier to sleep with war songs of his people. It is possible to infer from this that Amen, despite his appearance and general demeanor, has a fatherly streak which seems to extend to Noah and Noah alone. Having been contracted by Noah's ancestors, Amen has been with the Rusk House for generations and watched their boys become men for the past centuries. For this reason, Amen is especially protective of Noah's safety, though it is unclear whether this is out of affection for the man or because he wishes to ensure Noah's survival so that he himself may continue to propagate his pact with Noah's heir.

ImageImage{ MAGIC//ABILITIES }
Efreets are known more for their brute strength than their magical prowess and this holds true for Amen for the most part. The wizards who chastise Noah's spell-casting as vulgar would be disgusted with the sheer audacity of the magic that Amen performs. He has an immense control of fire and lightning, able to conjure seas of heat, lava, flame and energy to destroy those who stand in his way. In his war form this power increases ten fold and it would not be overestimating to suggest that Amen could bury a city in flame if he stood unopposed in doing so.

Amen is known for his commanding presence and his intimidating visage but this is not simply due to his imposing physique but is also magical in nature. The Efreet exudes an aura of malice which causes unease in those who are not familiar with his kind. It is hard for a normal man who is not hardened by the trials of war to even muster the courage to stand against Amen in his regular form but upon transformation even veterans find themselves retreating at the mere aura of his company and even lesser wizards who have made pacts with weaker Djinni than he have been known to turn tail when Amen chooses to unleash his full power.

Lastly, Amen is a creature born in the fires of creation with a lust for war. Amen's presence inspires his allies as well as striking hesitation into his foes. Noah has often called this phenomenon Momentum whereby Amen's sheer love for and skill at the art of warfare can embolden those who fight alongside him to push themselves to their absolute limits. It is possible that a thousand thousand years ago, Amen was a general among his people and has developed an innate affinity for leading armies into battle.

The most unique thing about Noah's Mecha is the way in which he pilots it. Nearly every single war machine of the modern era uses AI, algorithms, pre-programmed modes or accesses some sort of database to draw information from when calibrating weaponry and movement. Anthony uses none of that. This means that Noah's Mecha is piloted entirely on manual, meaning that Noah manually calibrates every single movement, weapon and system on his own, on the fly during battle. This choice of piloting method is largely due to Noah's desire not to rely on other systems to fight for him as he believes he knows best when it comes to his machine doing what he wants it to do. This is advantageous because it gives Noah full command of every aspect of his machine during combat but comes with the obvious drawback that if he ever forgets to calibrate something, or makes an incorrect decision, he has no backup to rely on. High risk, high reward.

Anthony is not equipped with any automatic systems whatsoever. This means that Noah's Mecha would be nearly impossible for anybody else to pilot as Noah has never met anybody who pilots using the same method that he does.

ImageImage{ AESTHETICS }
Anthony is much larger than the average Saint class unit, standing at roughly twenty-five meters, nearly a full third larger than others of its ilk. This us due to the heavy modification that Noah's unit has undergone to make it suitable for his purpose. It is a sleek, black machine built for alacrity and swiftness. The most notable things beside the slick, inky facade are the floating rings of jets which orbit Anthony's shoulders of which there are twelve, plus an additional two on each arm, four around the waist and two around each leg. Compared to other classes of Mecha such as Aspects and Heralds, Anthony is rather unassuming as it is about twenty-five percent smaller than them and possesses significantly less bulk. This, combined with its all black paint job, make it a machine which can blend into the crowd. Of course, the exceptionally bright Halo that hovers above Anthony's head is a dead giveaway that it has undergone some sort of complex conversion and is more than its brethren in some way.

Anthony wears its weapons proudly, always displaying its blade on its back and various firearms at its sides.

Image

ImageImage{ OVERVIEW }
The Radiance ability of Noah's Mecha is slightly unique in the way that it cannot be activated but rather is a passive effect that is always augmenting the Mecha with its power. Noah has, since his first time piloting Anthony, called this ability 'Serendipity'. Simply put, Serendipity allows Anthony to, more often than not, find the right place to be at the right time. It imbues a sort of sixth sense on the pilot which helps them know where to best position themselves for damage and safety. Noah has a good tactical mind on his own so he doesn't tend to use Serendipity as a crutch in the same way other pilots would but it has helped him notice things that he sometimes wonders if he would have noticed if he were piloting another Mecha.

Image

ImageImage{ ORBITAL JETS }
The core of Anthony's fighting style comes from the unique way that its propulsion system operates. Orbiting around the Mecha are many jets (twelve at shoulder/chest height, four at waist, two at each leg and each arm) which rotate slowly around its form when not in use. The orbiting jets can be positioned at any angle and as such allow Anthony to re-position any or all of its thrusters in any direction at any time which affords the Mecha the ability to turn on a penny even at high speeds, as well as accelerate attacks with ease. Almost all of Anthony's agility comes from this highly prized orbital jet system but it would be simply too expensive to replicate on a whole and so far Anthony is the only Mecha to possess such a unique new design for maneuverability.

ImageImage{ FTL DRIVE }
Anthony possesses a Faster than Light drive which functions as a teleportation device. By calibrating a set distance or co-ordinate and activating the FTL Drive, Anthony can move at light speed to a designated location. In theory, since Anthony is entirely manual, if Noah could somehow attain the ability to manually calibrate movements or actions while travelling at light speed, he could use this engine to staggering destructive potential. But Noah is essentially human and his brain cannot operate at light speed. Therefore the FTL Drive remains a teleportation tool. The FTL drive requires some cooldown time between light speed travel in order to be used safely, though consecutive uses are possible it becomes riskier with each use before the cooldown is reset as constant light speed travel can wear out the machines capable of allowing it to leave light speed in one piece.

ImageImage{ SATELLITE UPLINK }
Noah's Mecha is linked to an Adherent controlled Satellite in low orbit, designation DURANDAL. DURANDAL is primarily responsible for field surveillance and intelligence gathering. By calibrating the position of the satellite, Noah can access detailed maps of the surrounding areas and take bird's eye scans in any number of light and radiation filters. The secondary purpose of DURANDAL was added specifically for its uplink to Anthony and is offensive in nature. DURANDAL possesses several weapons which can be deployed by Noah in combat. The first, and largest, of these weapons is a focused charged particle beam cannon which fires a constant stream of super-heated energy from orbit to the earth. This cannon is capable of wiping out infantry and standard military hardware with ease and could do some damage to most Mecha, it is however slow to fire and easy to see coming even for rudimentary sensors. DURANDAL can also deploy several low orbital missile batteries as heavy artillery although restocking these batteries can take some time due to Noah having to contact the Adherent HQ in order to requisition more munitions for the satellite. Finally, DURANDAL has a large ring of solar array panels which store radiation and sunlight and can be focused into a wide angle heat field capable of covering a radius of around one kilometer.

ImageImage{ FLARES }
In most modern military hardware there are reserves of flares which can be deployed to ward off incoming missiles and disrupt infrared vision and targeting. Anthony is equipped with two summoning platforms which can be activated to deploy an effectively infinite number of flares provided Noah has the energy to use magic to summon them. If he does not the Mecha has a physical store of five flare payloads to utilize.

ImageImage{ JACOB'S LADDER }
Noah's pride and joy is Jacob's Ladder. The sword which his Mecha carries at all times and is its primary mode of combat effectiveness. It is a great-sword even to Anthony, wielded with two hands. In design, the 'sword' is actually more of a club, a cylindrical shape on a long handle which Anthony uses to fight in close quarters. The sword, other than being a massive impact force which can dent and crush other Mecha, is able to form localized black holes on its surface which, when activated, rip away at the very matter and light of things in the immediate vicinity of the sword's surface. Through repeated 'black hole strikes', Jacob's Ladder can tear through even the most sophisticated defenses.

Age 26
Sexuality Asexual
Birthplace, and Current Home Hauxen - Equalist Coalition

Appearance
Height 6'1"
Weight 198
Style
Wade has a very kind and welcoming face which is always filled with emotion. He is a very animated person, with long toned arms he likes to flail about when he gets excited. His rather mellow skin tone resembles that of a peanut, contrasting to his short crew-cut hair, a fiery auburn in color. His stature and body weight in combination give his build compacted gymnast look. His years of acrobatic combat have given his very toned body a thin and tight composition, allowing for a high amount of flexibility and decent power.

One thing a close friend or observer of Wade would notice is that he strictly dresses for the situation at hand. When invited to a few formal parties and the like, he would obviously dress in a nice suit and tie. However catch him in one of his favorite pass times, personally upgrading or maintaining one of his two mechs, and you'll also see a more relaxed side of himself. He would often dawn a simple white wife beater, no doubt wridden with oil stains and sweat, and a pair of loose denem jeans. The strangest thing you would notice is the lack of shoes, claiming this makes him feel more in-tune with his workshop and home.

Despite the relaxed nature of his non-working life, Wade has realized there is a time for work and a time for play. His uniform is custom fitted to himself, obviously, but also designed and built by him, Ashe trusts no one else's craftsmanship over his own. This consists of a fine strong cloth, resembling leather, however toned black and hugging his upper body better than his own mother. Its a woven rubber fabric who's only purpose is to work in harmony with his acrobatic fighting style, and allow for the deterant of electricity. His lower half is covered by a loose and rather baggy pair of gray and black camo pants, held up by a thick and sturdey leather belt. These are tucked into his tight padded clothe foot wrappings, which provide cushioning and support for leaping and bounding about the battlefield. On his back is his large quiver, which stretches from his right shoulder to his left hip with its long arrows poking out the top. It has a roughly rectangular shape which follows the curve of his back, allowing for less jostling of the ammunition and movement. Also on his back, laying perpendicular to the quiver, is usually his Ion B.O.W.. Its string wraps around his chest, and keeps itself in place.

Personal Equipment

Ion B.O.W.- The Ion Ballistic Optimized Weaponry, or Ion B.O.W. for short, is a battle optimized bow modeled after a modern compound with obvious modifications. The one major adaptation is that in the handle is a micro-ionization generator which transitions its power into the string of the bow. Under normal cirumstances this could electrocute an average man to death, however the gloves on Wade's hands made from a rubberized microfiber cloth was designed to prevent just such an occurrence. When this electrical stream reacts with the technology put into the arrowheads of each arrow Wade fires, the air around it is rappidly Ionized. This essentially creates a controlled ball of electrical energy around the arrowhead, which produce stunning amounts of heat and electromagnetic pulses. This can shut down very precise locations on an enemy mech if hit in its inner components, or punch through light sections on armor creating a hole for the next shots. Not to mention they're sharp pointy objects, able to penetrate flesh and bone if the ionization is not activated. Wade has become a deadshot from years of personal and battle experience, so much to the point that he could throw a rocket off of its course if it wasn't touch-sensitive. These suckers arnt particularly easy to make, so he only carries about thirty at any given time.

Vision Goggles- These vision goggles allow for infrared, heat, !magnified, and heartbeat sensors upon command for several different uses given the situation. Otherwise resting utop Wade's head in a standby mode, they have a default night vision mode.

The Cluster Busters Sometime finesse and skill has to be abandoned, and one must resort to good old fashioned explosives. Four cluster grenades hang on either side of Wade's leather belt, which first explode into a mild explosion capable of damaging light armored mechs, and then drop four child grenades which explode heavily enough to rip through medium armor and dent heavy mechs of hit right. The explosion is cumbustion energy, giving off more force than the heat if a standard explosion.

Personality
Wade has become a very spontaneous and active person since his first deployment. If he could be described in one word, it would be eccentric. He is a visionary, able to see the outcome of reactions others would never even dream of attempting. This has won him much credit, often chosen as a man to change the course of an impossible battle simply by seeing things others can't. He often thinks in abstract and larger-than-life ways. No possibility is hidden from his observant and tentive nature. When he finds something that interests him, he dives into it wholeheartedly, whether it burns or strengthens him in the end doesn't matter to Wade. His habit of talking to his mechs while he works and enters battles has started the rumor that he might have gone crazy spending so much time in that empty workshop of his. If you ask me he just likes the sound of his own voice. This is often evident in conversations with friends or fellow soldiers, he can hold up a conversation for hours with a girl he should have struck out with at "Hi." He has a fiery and excited attitude in battle as well as friendly competitions.

Aside from personality quirks, there are distinct features some may agree or disagree with. He is a faithful and undying supporter of the Equalist Coalition, feeling strongly that all races are created equal. This carries over as well to the Immaculate race and others, as he has always protested the harsh and savage treatments of the Immaculate by the Equalists. The only thing stopping him from charging the humiliating torture of these poor creatures by the Coalition he serves, is the fact that he would be murdered for insubordination.

Wade admires the capabilities of technology and Mechs themselves perhaps a bit too much. He has been scolded by his commanding officers on more than one occasion for complementing the enemy troops on Mech design. It has been so extreme at times that he has salvaged his rather impressive enemies for parts, and implementing them into his own two mechs Gunther and Rocky. He simply can't resist a beautiful piece of machinery, and it may have been this aspect that influenced him to create his pilotless mechs, feeling that the cores and respective A.I. should speak for themselves. Quite literally. This may also attribute to Wade's biggest fear in battle, that his mechs will fail him. Sure he has been defeated once or twice, suffering battle wounds and devastating losses just like other pilots, but every time he has seen his baby's crushed or severely damaged he has been thrown into severe depression and distraught. This can often turn the tide of battle, for the worst.

Combat Style
While using his Ion B.O.W., and fighting alongside his mechs, Wade prefers an acrobatic approach to combat. Using his ace marksmanship and springy toned body to his advantage, with years of training, he has been able to perfect an incredible array of fips and great jumping distances that would make Batman and Robin proud. This works in tremendous harmony with the supporting and albeit destructive forces of his mechs, using them as moving deadly jungle gyms for his own combat.

History
Wade lived a quiet life within the city of Hauxen. The Maddock family household was home to himself, his two brothers, and Parents. His older brother had joined the military forces as an aspiring pilot, but before his thirtieth birthday did little worth noting. He had piloted a fiend class and was shot down during a skirmish with the A.R.D.. Wade's smaller brother was always a bit of a pest, but the two had a loving relationship in which they looked out for each other just as their father had taught them. It was Wades father, indeed, who had influenced him to join the Equalist coalition himself. He was a Mech Mechanic, but had always dreamed of piloting one of his creations on his own. Wade had been, in a way, bred for the job all along. His father had taught him everything their was to know about the workings of a Mech inside and out. Before he was even a man Wade knew the weak points of the machines better than most pilots did. It was at the age of seventeen he signed up for military service, signing his declaration as "A Few." Naturally this didn't fly, so he had to reconsider the years. He chose five as a nice round number.

He steadily made a name for himself amongst his local troops, and pioneered several of the technologies and weapons popular yet subtle in so many of the modern Models. It wasn't until he was 21, however, that he truly earned his place. He piloted an Angel Mech at the time, an aerial model fitted with his custom requirements. The team had been sent to intercept an armored supply transport for the Adherents of Sophia. There's no way they could have known it would be so well guarded. The two groups met at a stalemate, pinned down by fire from a huge Power mech, its near impenetrable energy shield made their heavy gunnerlook like a Nerf gun. On the sixth day of raging trash talk, which is what the fight summed up to at this point, Wade finally approached his commander with the plan he had been holding back. He simply needed time for the Mech to exhaust a great deal of its energy before he in acted the plan that put him on the map. He equipped himself with only his personal Angel Mech, and a partner whose Mech used several imps. The shield that the Power mech constructed took residual kenetic energy to power it, so naturally it had a breaking point however their forces were so devoid of hard slugs that they simply didn't have enough to break through all at once. While wade piloted his Mech upwards towards the heavens, the Devil Mech began pelting the shield with hundreds of Imps.

Wade began to dive bomb halfway through this process, and abandoned his Mech halfway through its decent. Once the Mech struck the force field, it shattered like glass with a discharge of energy and wind, which slowed his decent rapidly enough that he was able to turn himself in mid air and land hard onto the face of the Skeliton-like Mech. It toppled over, and Wade was quickly followed by cover fire from his allies. This drove the startled enemy back, and Wade ripped the pilot from the useless hunk of metal's cockpit himself. The commander gave the honor of claiming the newly found prize to Wade, whom kept the core and ordered his own Angel Mech and this one scrapped for parts. It was there in the field that he began to forge his brilliant new creations for the first time. He built two hulking monolithes of respective uses from the degree of the battlefield, and ordered the Circle of the Powerful monolithic mech to be split in two. This stripped it of its former name, Chamuel, and created two new entities all their own. Wade named these Gunther and Rocky, poking fun at the so serious names of other named Mech, feeling it fit them well. He felt they were so perfect, he chow to create both without cockpits, and created weapons for himself all his own. They were fitted with an A.I. of his creation, both drawing personalities from their core within, and act almost like brothers. While at first he was ridiculed and criticised for this choice, after six years of being the go-to guy for the military's losing battles and targets of interest, he has earned the respect he deserves.

Mechs
Names Gunther and Rocky
Height 25 and 20 meters. (82 feet ¼ inch and 65 feet 713⁄32 inches, about six stories)
Spheres Chamuel
Alignment Sepherot
M.Engine Custom Modified Mid-High quality in each, an electrical system was implemented in Gunther while in Rocky presides a residual Kenetic energy generator.

Radiance Ability
Rocky Strangely enough, when the Sphere was split between rocky and Gunther, their radience abilities differed somehow. However following the same basic theme, thy are applied drastically differently in their combat styles. Rocky's Radience allows it to increase or decrease the force of gravity on objects about the field of battle. This can be anything from making its fists feel like four tons smashing into a single point of your face, or allowing it to become light as a feather to jump high into the air. However it can not completely nullify the gravity itself, it must have the force there in one way or another. (Must make contact to effect)

Gunther Gunther's Radience allows him to give inanimate objects magnetic fields, including himself, and to manipulate these fields in numerous ways. He could effect two separate objects, and make one positive and one negative, so that the two would collide and crush each other. However, this ability has transcended beyond a simple positive and negative charge, as he may also effect things with third and fourth charges. For simplicities sake, we will call these P2 and N2. So P1 and N1 are attracted towards each other, as well as P2 and N2 being attracted to each other, however the two pairs do not interact charges in any way. Obviously keeping up all four charges and manipulating them separately would require much more energy from Gunther's Sphere. (Must make contact to effect)

A.I.
Rocky Rocky has adopted a very energetic and competitive nature from the influence of its half of the Sphere. Its as if it is always on an addrinaline rush when in battle, from beginning to end. Though he comes off as very rash, he is always very protective of its other half.

Gunther Gunther, opposite his brother, has a bit of an Eor attitude towards battle. He feels that whatever will happen, happens. However, likewise of its brother, it is very attached and protective of its other half.

Armor Class

Rocky Due to Rocky's up close and personal style, yet affinity for quick jabs and movements, it has been fitted with medium protective plating at certain vital points. However the majority of its body remains covered in light plating. This can be easily taken down by consistent fire from light weaponry and higher at weak points but requires higher firepower towards places such as the shoulders and neck, chest, head, thighs, shins, and arms, with large gaps in between.

Gunther Gunther's keep away tactics make him a shoe in for very light armor, allowing for almost no needed determined firepower. Not built to take a lot of hits, but dish a hell of a lot out. This keeps him light in the air as he rushes about the battlefield dishing out cover fire.

Weapons

Rocky
Mace Fists The name being a rather good description of the actual weapon, from where the wrist down should be on a Mech there are simply two large spiked balls. These are solid metal, the same as standard Mech material, so they are very dense and heavy enough to crush a Mech foot by dropping it on it. Through the entire length of Rocky's arms runs a sturdy chain, linked to the end of the Spiked balls that take the place of the Mech's fists. Strangely enough, this is Rocky's only weaponry.

Plasma Launcher The plasma cannon is really more of an ability application than a weapon, but because it does involve the use of hardware to stabalize the projectile formed, it can be classified as both. An internal switch causes Rocky's mace fists to open themselves,clicking together as two half circles to form what looks like a satellite dish. Rocky increases the force of gravity on the gasses in front of the disk so much so that it begins to form its own atmosphere. The gasses begin to react rappidly in such a small face that they begin to heat each other greatly, transforming what may have been a mini-jupiter, into a ball of the fourth state of matter, plasma. The resulting outcome is a self sustaining miniature sun essentially, of various sizes depending on the application, which can be fired at a speed enough to part the earth like a jet flying above a lake. It has an extremely high mass, so besides the intense heat given off, its like the kenetic energy of being hit by a planet. Charge time is probably about five seconds.

Gunther
Primary wrist gatlings Gunther's forearms have been modified so that just behind his wrists are mounted ten barrels aiming just above clentched metal fingers. Each rotates, and can be manually switched to multiple settings. Full burst allows for fire of all barrels simultaneously for a shotgun like effect. Burst fire and fully automatic are standard. The slugs are of medium caliber for a Mecha, eighty rounds for each side housed in his chest.

Ion Whips a long chord about a foot thick, worn as a belt around Gunther, is a weapon know as the Ion whip. The whip, when activated, extends itself at regular intervals besides a portion at the end big enough for a handle fitting nicely at gunther's hand. This whip produces an electromagnetic pulse from its inner robotics, which ionizes the air around it similar to Wade's own bow. This can send electrical pulses through enemies whom are not prepared, as well as allowing it to be strong enough to rip through mecha if unobstructed by heavy or upper-medium armor. The electricity does not fry Gunther's pilot, because if youve been paying any attention at all you know he doesnt have one. The electricity passes harmlessly through him just as it should a robot of his make. Some electrically powered mecha may have a hard time with reverse jolting however.

Support systems
Plasma Reactor Engines Often criticized for its need to release heat on a regular basis, similar to a steam engine, but the reactors allows for extreme bursts of energy at regular intervals and gives mechs an extended stamina compared to many others.

Gunther's Aim Because of the brash nature of the Gatlings, not much specific aim is used in operation, as it'd basically be useless. Despite this, an advanced logic system was implemented into aiming, meaning he is able to "think" of more practical applications for his weapons.

Inner Gyroscope around Gunther's core, located in his chest, is an ever active horoscopic system. This keeps him balanced no matter how he is jostled mid flight, meaning more control also applies to his speed. He can turn on a dime, but might be caught in Ariel pursuit through open spaces.

Hey LS sorry if this wasn't explained clearly but I think the split core you would want for your mecha would be Chamuel the herald of Gevurah. Covenants are absolutely massive pieces of machinery and with cores that themselves dwarf most other mecha in size (Not to mention insanely powerful to boot). Think of Heralds as keys to using a Covenant - one essentially needs to interface the smaller machine with the much larger one to get them working. While I have no problem with you obtaining the ability to use Gevurah itself towards the later parts of the RP (Akin to how Icaro wants to use Harab Serapel further down the line) I think starting out with something more on the tier of Aspect/Herald would be a good idea so there is more room to grow.

Other than that things look great.

Yea I think we're supposed to start with Aspects/Heralds and then get Covenants later right?

Yeah that's pretty spot on Icaro. Don't be too worried about the terminology there's quite a bit but once the RP kicks off I think everything will fall into place. Also if you have any other questions feel free to ask =D

Yeah lots of ancient Hebrew names. Some are defiantly more familiar like Michael and Gabriel but a lot of them don't see much use in modern language.

So I was wondering about the more specific culture elements of the universe. Obviously I feel that a TV would be more of a great luxery used for military purposes. What about music? Could we use pop culture references as if they were in this time, or is it more or less nonexistent.

I think availability of things like tv and music would vary a lot depending on faction controlling whatever area. The Adherents of Sophia would put very little effort in getting something like a tv or civilian radio channel up and running and their main sources of entertainment would be things such as books, live theater and minor displays of magic.

The Equalist Coalition would probably have a hodgepodge of do it yourself tv and radio stations available to anyone who cared to to either find or build themselves a radio/tv. The quality would vary greatly but there would certainly be individuals or bands who have come to prominence through their work.

The Allied Republic of Djedd's government would be the only ones actually interested in setting up things like tv broadcasts. They would have a mixture of high quality programs and a large dose of propaganda thrown in for good measure. Their broadcasts would be set up to reach cities controlled both the other factions though watching such things would be frowned upon by local authorities.

Um after a read through of Icaro's sheet I have a few concerns. Maybe I just don't have a handle on how powerful these things are, but I believe there are a few things that are OP. Now if I'm wrong I'm very sorry for the accusation, please forgive me. I just ask that Summerian review it if he hasn't already.

to be fair, i have a very good knowledge of exactly what summerian is allowing in the setting and an intimate familiarity with the power scale due to knowing both of the people who developed this RP in real life and having developed my character some weeks ago while this RP was still being drafted.

as far as i know this is a high powered setting.

Yeah the setting starts off as high powered and then later on moves to extremely high powered.

Think about it like this. Each of the named angels or demons which power Aspects and Heralds are strong enough to be considered gods across various civilizations (and have been worshiped as such in the case of some of the demons). Covenants are even stronger each housing the piece of the all-powerful Creator himself .

The Trans-Humanist Ascendancy themselves had technology that was easily on par with many far future sci-fi settings and the Covenants utterly wrecked them in the space of one night. The only limitations stopping those who pilot Covenants from being able to destroy the planet and even the universe itself is the frailty of Human pilots and the limited technology (comparatively) of the shells that the cores are housed in.

So yeah feel free to power up your mechs if you want it should be fine.
