The Lion Queen (w/ Asterous)

The male lions of the pride have died out and the females have risen. The daughter of the last King, Ari'el has now become the Queen, but her older sister, Lavi does not agree with the decision the Pride has made. Angry at her sister for being better, she tries to kill her, but fails at this attempt. Lavi is banished into the Savannah to survive on her own. She finds a male lion from a different pride some miles away and his mother, Shiva who longs to take over her sisters rule to escape the awful conditions that they had been banished to when the King was alive. Lavi tells them that the pride is weak and vulnerable, the males have all died and the lionesses rule. Shiva gets an idea to send her son to the Pride Lands, get close to the Queen, and kill her so they can all rule over the great Land. Instead of fulfilling his mother's wish, he falls in love with Ari'el.

Personality: Sweet and kind, she likes to see the good in everyone. Although she knows that not everyone is good, she tries her best to give others the benefit of the doubt. She is a strong leader of the Pride Lands, and her mother and father would be proud of her.

Bio: Ari'el is the youngest daughter of the precious King. When he died, his death took a large toll on her. She was soon elected the Queen and ruler of the Pride Lands thanks to the other Lionesses. Angry, her sister Lavi tries to kill her in her sleep. She exiles her sister and continues her rule as the first Queen to rule.

Personality: Cold and rude. Before she was exiled from the death of her father, Lavi was kind and sweet. But with the death of her father, she became angry and vile to her sister and the other Pride members. Mostly because they chose Ari'el to be the leader of the Pride over her.

Bio: Lavi is the daughter of the ex King, Jua and the older sister of Ari'el. Ari'el and Lavi used to be close to her sister, until the King died and Ari'el took over as Queen instead of her. Angry and hurt, she tried to kill her sister but was caught in the act, leading her to be exiled from the Pride Lands. Lost and nowhere to go, she runs into Shiva and her small "pride". She tells the lioness that the Pride Lands are under a new ruler, a vulnerable one.

Personality: Mean and evil. Shiva has been plotting revenge against the Pride Lands for years ever since Jua (Ari'el and Lavi's father) banished her and her band of lions that were planning to take over the Pride Lands. She waits on the outskirts of the Lands in wait of her time to strike and take over

Bio: Shiva used to be in Jua's pride back in the day when Lavi and Ari'el were just cubs. She was found with guilty in Ari'el and Lavi's mother in order to get closer to Jua. So as punishment, she and her followers in this possible uprising, were cast out of the Pride Lands. She lived for many years outside in the dark, making her fur become darker than most lions and lionesses along with her followers. She runs her own small "Pride" and waits for the day she can strike back and take the Pride Lands for her own. In that time, she had a son who she calls her "Prince".

Age: 23
Gender: Male
Role in Pride: Son of Shiva
Personality: Raised outside the Pride Lands by a pride of lions with a deep hatred for those who banished them, Najja learned to be skeptical and untrustful of everyone, never knowing who was going to betray you. He also learned to have a great respect for the females as male lions had become scarce and, as such, lost the power they once held.

Bio: Najja was raised by his mother Shiva, and her small pride. Never well off he learned to fight, for both protection and for survival, at an early age. Being seen as his mother's 'Prince' was always strange to him, having never seen the Pride Lands of which many of the pride members spoke of, and never truely grasped what role he would play in getting it back.

I love him!!! And I think you'll be ok for characters for right now. If you want to add a few male members to Shiva's pride just as background characters then that's perfectly fine

If I do add other characters I'll fill out a sheet for them if I feel they'll be playing a bigger role than simply coming/going or are only in one or two posts.
