Heathens OOC

After what happened in the City which spiraled the world into an apocalypse, the villains involved with Task Force X or "Suicide Squad", has gone their separate ways... For the most part. Killer Croc, Deadshot, and Captain Boomerang all still reside in the institution Amanda Waller had locked them up in. As for Harley Quinn, Joker found where they were keeping her and busted her out, they now are back in Gotham, back in as the King and Queen, and back causing trouble. Since Amanda Waller wasn't the one who caught Harley, she is having trouble locating her to try and put her away again.

One by one, your characters are going to escape the institution Amanda has put them in, and go rogue. They will be Suicide Squad, but they won't be doing good deeds anymore. They're going back to their wicked ways, but working together.... Can you handle all of this?

So this is just going to be a sandbox rp. We can discuss plots and stuff later on, but this isn't really a big set thing. So that being said, here are some rules and regulations!!!! I know I know, not so fun.

•Your God Mods are myself and Poise&Poison, please respect us and your fellow authors
•If you want to have an OC that is fine with me!
•Depending on how many people are interested, as of right now there IS NOT a posting order. (Just as long as everyone goes each turn, you're good)

Personality: Harley Quinn was never insane, until she fell in love with Gotham's number one villain, the Joker. After she was put under shock therapy, she turned insane, psychotic even.
Bio: Dr. Harleen Quinzel fell in love with the psychopathic supervillain Joker, during his time as her patient at Arkham Asylum. Joker eventually manages to convince Dr. Quinzel to free him, and after his men take over the asylum, he gives her electroshock therapy. Quinzel then willingly jumps into the chemicals that created her lover at the Ace Chemicals plant, bleaching her skin and completing her transformation into Harley Quinn. The Joker and Harley subsequently become the "King and Queen of Gotham City". Sometime before being apprehended and blackmailed into joining Amanda Waller's government task force composed of captured supervillains, Harley assists the Joker in killing the vigilante Batman's partner, Robin.

Weapon(s): Her body is a weapon. She is a skilled gymnast, all of her attacks consists of jumps, flips or some sort of fancy way of being flexible. She uses a pistol, on the barrel it says "Love" and "Hate". Her main weapons however, is her graffiti baseball bat.
Abilities: She is very fast and strong for being so little and weighing almost nothing. Like I said, she is a gymnast and flexible when it comes to her attacks.

Personality: A narcissist, a sociopath, a sadistic terrorist, a gangster, the clown prince of crime with a penchant for theatrics. He is also dangerously obsessed with batman and won't tolerate anyone disrespecting himself or Harley.
Bio: The Joker was born at ace chemicals, he has little recollection of what happened before he was the joker. But Joker is a full-time gig. After being locked in Arkham due to the interference of the bat. Joker met Dr. Harleen Quinzell, his new therapist. Joker thought it was funny that they were trying to fix him when he wasn't the broken one. Dr. Quinzell intrigued him though. In ger he saw something familiar, He tested it, pushing to see if he could use her to prove that deep down, everyone was just like him. He got her to fall in love with him and convinced her to help him escape from arkham. However, instead of simply leaving her behind he decided to torture her, to see if he really could let her in on the joke. She was so promising, and if he could get his shrink he could definitely get the Bat. He quickly grew frustrated with the small bond of attachment he'd begun to feel for Harley Quinn. He planned to rid himself of her, convincing himself he'd grown bored of her and that he'd see all that he needed to see from her. He asked her to jump into the vats that created him at ace chemicals, believing it would kill her. At the last minute he decided to turn it into a test. She jumped and the Joker, rid of her, turned to leave. Instead he realized he'd grown too attached to not see this through. Harley was his girl. He dove into the the chemicals after her and found she was still alive. They became the King and Queen of Gotham until Harley was captured. Joker went to great lengths to arrange freeing her from Amanda Waller's custody, risking his life to do so. Finally succeeding in rescuing his Queen he plans to return to Gotham with a bang.
Relationships?: Romantically involved with Harley Quinn
Weapons: Any number of knives, firearms, bludgeons, gag-weapons like joybuzzers, or explosives filled with joker venom (a poisonous drug that kills you with a smile on your face.)

Brief Bio: Willam Campbell was a Ordinary man. He went too the firing Range daily. After he came home for the Firing Range he'd work with chemistry. The only unordinary thing about William was him being a Chimest. He was exposed too a vapor in the lab that effect his amygdala. The effects of this vapor caused massive Fear within Second. Willam had lived through his worst nightmare. This mentality scared him effectively turning him insane. Before killing everyone I'm the facility he grabbed 'His' research. After sometime he decided that the government officials needed to experience what he experienced. Save for using the Fear inducing mixture in White phosphorus smoke grenades. He is possible the only man crazy enough to hand throw these things. For several months he terrorised government key figures before finally being caught by Flash. If it was not for flashes imessurable speed, Fear would have used his chemical mixture to kill himself and flash in a 'Amazing display of Chemical reaction'. he now spends the rest of his days in Belle Reve
