So, from what I understand, Lonely Star was founded by Jonathan, some time in the last 8 years, at the very most, according to Constance's bio? So the Agency is relatively young, then? I just want to make sure so I can build the amount of years Esha has been with the Agency accurately. I imagine she would have been working there for only one or two years, giving enough time to create bonds but not necessarily strong ones.
Esha would probably respect Jonathan, seeing him as some sort of pseudo-father figure. Her bright attitude would most likely comically chafe with his grumpyness.
Esha would find Constance a bit uptight and show-offy, but not unpleasant. They could or could not be friends, from the information given it could sway anywhere between.
Esha would have something best described as an obsession with Lance, though not overly so. She wants to know his story, and he's pretty good at faking out and putting on a blank face. She isn't a pushy person, but a sort of manic spark comes to her eyes when there's a story to be told, especially one that's a mystery.
Nikolai is a bit of a wild card. I'm not sure how Esha would interact with him on a daily basis. She likely wouldn't be as intimidated by him as some people, and bother him with her upbeat attitude.

I would say more around the last 4-5 years, five tops, as Constance didn't run into Jonathan right out of highschool. She still spent some time around, enough time to be conned out of her money.

I'm still interested and in if you'll have me, life has just been eating me whole and spitting out little pieces every once in a while. lol. Life's a hectic insanity lately. SO I'm a touch slow on char building. But I'll try and have him done on Friday for yah.

The clothing is a bit modern We're talking 1930's here, but then again I'm not sure what kind of man your character is, to see if it fits.

The clothing would be off yah, he'd be more like to wear traditional era clothing but sadly I can't find Hugh Jackman wearing 1930's clothing. In short Nikolai is a tough as nails guy who's rather prone to run his mouth and get into fights. I'm not that good at image hunting as I usually just make my own. But 3D wouldn't have the same look.

so far I know he's been in les miserable which appears to be the closest I've come to 1930's dress on Hugh Jackman. I'll have to continue the hunt later myself as I need sleep lol. I am going to go through one more site. If I find something i"ll post it here.
