-5"11, he's not muscular but not exactly scrawny, has pale-ish white skin, a tattoo of a tiger on his left arm, slightly curly dark brown hair, and has light green eyes framed by a pair of thick black rimmed hipster glasses.-
Bio:
-He was born some time in the middle of the Victorian era and lived an easy upper middle class life. Things were perfectly normal up until he got sick, so sick that he was at deaths door. That is when he was turned. Once he had been turned he had to give up his old life and family, everyone thought he had died. Ever since then he has lived many different lives under the same name and always coming up with ways to "stop existing", since he can't stay with those people too long without them finding out his little secret.-

- 6ft 3' | Very thin with a big chest like that of a swimmer | Pale | Short, curly, black hair | Brown eyes with a red tint | Wears a white shirt and black jeans, black converse shoes and black leather gloves. -
Bio: He was born during the Victorian era as the only child of a maid, at the age of 15 he was locked in an asylum by the order of a nobleman whom hated him for the attention Leonard recieved from his wife. He ran away after three years and passed out from exhaustion, he was weakened and bleeding, slowly giving his last breath. The wife of the nobleman ( who was a vampire * plot twist * ) turned him and acted as his mentor for some time until she dissapeared. He gets bored of living a life very easily and often "dies" just to come in another place not long after. He only remembers the name "Lidell" because it is tatooed on his left fore-arm along with his room number from when he was in the asylum.

Age: Apperance of a 19 year old girl but she has been alive and kicking since the Victorian days

Bio: She was born at the beginning of the Victorian era so she was able to take in the wonders of seeing new culture and inventions at such a young age. She lived a normal life and when she turned 16 her elder brother died because of mysterious circumstances and months later they forgot about the cause of death.
It wasnt until she kept discovering puncture wounds on her neck that finally turned her into a vampire that she had to flee from her family and was later on pronunced missing then dead on the newspapers. She travelled on and on and with every new generation she changed her name and identity. Now she is called Evangeline in this lifetime.

Bio:
In the past he was Jacob McAllister the elder brother of Evangeline McAllister. He was from a well to do family and his father was an explorer so he would often bring home weird and wonderful objects. He died when he turned 18 when he was walking home one night after a party at one of his friend's sister's house. Mark was walking down the street when he was suddenly attacked and was knocked unconscious however he could feel his blood draining from him at the neck area where he could also feel a pair of sharp canines.

Now he is known as Mark Allister from a lower class family and he salvaged his way through life by trying to get scholarships and doing part time jobs. However his life wasn't all that happy as he kept experiencing memories that were not his yet it was familiar, his parents being hippy thought that he is an reincarnated soul which explains why he knows things he shouldn't have known from history.

-Got a good scholarship to a university but living expenses are not paid for so he is saving up for that.

Appearance: Average height and build, nondescript features, brown hair. A very forgettable man, in terms of appearance.

Bio:

There's not much to say about Murray's childhood. Born in a small town in central Florida, he spent his uneventful youth doing what just about every other kid was doing at the time: watching movies, getting in trouble, and coping with the usual Cold War paranoia. It was...pretty boring, to say the least. It wasn't until he joined the CIA that his life took a turn for the interesting. Endless reams of paperwork, sure, but it was an opportunity to travel, to learn, and to serve his country. Oh, and there was that one little vampire attack during a job in Poland. And then the call came. He was transferred out to some new agency. Task Force HUNTER, they called it. A joint operation consisting of personnel from all manner of government bureaus dedicated to studying the things that went bump in the night and, if necessary, bumping back with lethal force. Well, it beats CIA paperwork, at least.

Appearance: Tanned with medium build. Toned and muscular, not buff. Black hair, falls to neck, usually kept in a ponytail. Black eyes that turn silver in bloodlust. Considered good looking. 6'2''
Bio: Not much is known about Dimitri other than he was born sometime before the slew of Russian revolutions. He was first introduced to the vampiric community by his Mistress in England. From there he was groomed into a model aristocrat, though the many scars that adorn his body speak of... darker beginnings. Now he leads the community in Houston, Texas as the regional High Lord. Under the guise of an designer company he deals with the problems and trivialities of the vampire underworld. He is the one that keeps vampires and humans safe and seperate.

*If you guys don't want our vampires running around Houston, that's ok. It's just the first city I thought of since I live there. !meow

Bio: Regina is just a run of the mill girl if you exclude the fact that she works for vampires. She was a foster child living in the ghetto before she made up her mind to get the hell out of dodge. She worked hard, learned hard, got into college, and made something of herself. She was such an outstanding employee that she caught thee attention of some very important people. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Something I just thought of: the Russian nickname for Dimitri is "Dimka," so if anyone wants to show disrespect, familiarity, or something else along those lines, you can use that if you want. :)
