I came to this forum with some kind of doubt. I saw three sections to give money, that is...in Beta, Alpha and in one more section that I kinda don't remember, but do we really must pay in order to participate on a Beta or on an Alpha, or is that just something for the people to remember to donate?

No one has to pay to use this forum. Donations are welcome and appreciated as the site is on a paid server that costs monthly money as well as costs for updates modifications etc. but you can use the site free of charge.
